Our family of five stayed here for six nights. There was plenty of room for all of us. The place was very clean and the location was great. We were able to get to downtown and the surrounding states very easily.

The unit was beautiful and had a dedicated parking spot, which we came to greatly appreciate. The house was very clean and had little extras here and there that were thoughtful and made the house and host feel inviting. Great place and great host!

Great stay! We visit Chicago at least once a year and try to stay in different rentals to depending on the trip/travelers. This is one of best homes we’ve stayed in. Super convenient to north shore and downtown. Parking in the rear- though there was plenty of street parking. Comfortable. Clean. Very reasonably priced. Truly a delight. We will stay here again.

This property was amazing. It was warm and cozy. Kitchen was beautiful and well stocked for cooking and entertaining. We had a great dinner and the living room was perfect for new year's activities. The bedrooms were cozy and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Would recommend this property for any family gathering.

The house was clean, adequately equipped, beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and very nice. Worked well for our needs. METRA was a few blocks away although we used the CTA red line at Wilson to go DT Chicago since it had a parking lot.

This is, essentially, why I've decided to become a full-time Airbnb host. Two flat property, very unique with you own separate access to the unit , no common areas with other unit. 2nd floor with extra sunlight all day. Back yard and back deck for sitting
