Contemporary well-appointed spacious two-bedroom/3-bathroom home with one indoor garage space in a gated community.

The first floor features an open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and waterfall island. The kitchen opens to a living and dining room that flows into a patio with a plunge pool, a hot tub and BBQ grill. A private front courtyard with a fire pit is an ideal location for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A full bathroom is featured on the first floor, an ideal amenity after a relaxing swim in the pool.

The second floor has two spacious ensuite bedrooms with a separate laundry room. The principal suite features a king-size bed, a 65” smart television, a workspace, a walk-in closet, and a large walk-in shower with double vanities. Wireless blue tooth technology will ensure you have a peaceful night's sleep. Wake up view of the mountains and green space. The second ensuite bedroom features a queen size bed, 50" Smart TV, a workstation, walk-out balcony with stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains.

This is your complete private oasis, and guests have full access to the entire home except for a small downstairs office. A small dog (under 10 pounds) is welcome. Sorry, no cats.

The gated community also features a heated pool and spa, restrooms, and showers.

Location. The home is located on the edge of south Palm Springs and Cathedral City and is within walking distance of the Target Shopping Center, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, and UPS Store. Approximately 15 minutes by car from downtown Palm Springs with great restaurants, museums, art, hiking, golf courses, tennis courts, and the greater Coachella Valley area.

The minimum stay is 30 days.
