I am originally from Michigan and grew up in cold winter weather. After attending West Point, I served my 5 year military commitment in Germany. I liked Europe so much I then stayed for another 15 years, a chunk of which was in northern Italy. I now reside in Wisconsin in the summers and here in beautiful Vero Beach in the winter. I chose Vero Beach because of the old Florida feel and lack of traffic.
