This newly built cabin is found within the heart of Pigeon Forge, and is 2-5 minutes away from many restaurants, amusement locations (including Dollywood), and other local establishments, such as Krogers and Publix. The cabin overlooks a magnificent view of the mountains and the city lights from below that can be enjoyed throughout all seasons. It is also located approximately 7 miles from Gatlinburg.

In case you have a larger party, we have a similar cabin right next door that can accommodate 10 people if it is available!

House Rules:
Check-in / Check-Out: Check in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. We will do our best to accommodate an earlier check in, but we make no promises. The check-in time of 4pm is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to have the home ready for your arrival!


We do not offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50 charge per.

Minimum age to rent: 23years old

Pet Policy:
We understand that pets are also members of the family, however, at this time we only allow dogs in our cabins.

- We allow well trained (crate-trained and house-trained) dogs less than 50 lbs.

- Guest must notify the host of the dog, select that they are bringing a pet when booking, and pay a $125 pet fee for each pet.

- No pets are allowed on the furniture.

- Do not leave the pet alone in the cabin. Pets must be crated when not supervised.

- Guest agrees to clean up after the pet both inside the cabin and outside of the cabin.

- Guest must keep the pet quiet from disturbing others in the neighborhood.

- Guest understands that they are responsible for any damages the pet causes.

-Do not sneak in any pets. Sneaking a pet, sneaking a dog without paying the fees, or sneaking a pet beyond one additional pet will result in a $500 fee and you will be asked to vacate the property.

- Pet must be fully potty trained, flea and tick free, and current on prevention treatment.

- Never use human towel for pet.

- Guest must keep pet quiet. Continuous barking is not acceptable.

Extra Guests:
- Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Additional guests will be charged at $75 per night per guest.

The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. No children under the age of 18 permitted at anytime without adult supervision.
