**The ceiling height downstairs is lower (approx 6.5-7 ft). Please keep this in mind when booking, especially if you have taller people in your party.


Pets Welcome!
-Low pet fee of $75 pet fee/stay (plus tax) for up to 2 pets
-Max 2 pets per reservation.  If you have more than 2 pets, please contact the host.
-The yard is not fenced, however there is an outside playpen and dog run so your four legged friend can stretch their legs
-Pet fee must be paid before check in.

Other Notes
-Must E-sign rental agreement from host before access will be granted to property.
-We monitor access onto the property with security cameras.
-Best to have a car to get around the city of Hot Springs and Hot Springs National Park, although the downtown area and some trails are walkable from house (approximately within 1 mile).
