There are 6 bedrooms (3 kings, 3 queens) each with luxury pillow top mattresses, high end linens, and large TVs. There are 3.5 bathrooms and the house is equipped with 2 extra-large hot water heaters! The walkout basement with 9’ ceilings is home to the ultimate golfer's dream, an indoor golf simulator! The Foresight GC Quad is the top-of-the-line indoor golf simulator. Choose to play from hundreds of premier golf courses around the world! Don’t worry about packing your clubs, we have a 2 full sets of Titleist clubs (men’s and women’s). Enjoy an evening relaxing after a day at the track on the peaceful covered back deck, with comfortable high end patio furniture and flat screen TV, or in one of the two massive living rooms. Use the fully stocked chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and gas stovetop to enjoy all of your favorite meals. Attached 2 car garage includes Tesla Charging station.

The Best Stay!

From day one, the host communicated clear and efficiently. She went above and beyond for my family and I, with recommendations, tips for the Kentucky Derby and even prepared a basket in case out of town guests forgot something. I highly recommend booking!

Beautiful Home/Great Neighborhood

7 of us stayed here for the Bourbon & Beyond Festival. There were two females and five males. We all had ample bedroom/bathroom space. Everyone slept well and stated that they’re beds were comfortable. Kristen is a great host and easy to communicate with regarding the property. Several of us checked out the golf simulator. While none of us were good, it was still fun. I highly recommend this property for a large group staying in Louisville!
