Welcome to 16 Sandals, a beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom beach house just a short stroll from the sugar-white sands of Fort Morgan. Located in the sought-after Morgantown Community. With space for up to 12 guests, this home is perfect for families and groups looking for comfort, style, and convenience.

Indoor Comforts
Step inside to an open, sunlit living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a large TV—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The dining area seats 6 at the table with room for 4 more at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cookware, and dishes—everything you need to prepare family meals. A large Gulf-facing deck offers ample seating for lounging and enjoying the coastal breeze.

Sleeping Arrangements:
- Primary Bedroom: King bed, (TV, private bath, deck access)
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, (TV, private bath)
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed, (TV, attached bath)
- Bedroom 4: Two Twin-over-Queen bunk beds - sleeps 6 (TV, private bath)

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
