This is not your average vacation rental. The owners are avid travelers who have collected many one of a kind and unique decorations, mementos and photographs from their travels in Africa, Europe and Asia. The house is decorated in soft, neutral colors with exotic accents from around the World. The house is a perfect vacation spot for a family or guests that want to be close to everything: the beach (5 min walk), one block from a huge playground and the island's recreation facilities, which include tennis and pickle-ball courts, 5 min drive to Sullivan's Island, 20 min drive to the historic Charleston downtown, 20 min drive to the USS Yorktown.
The house offers 4 separate bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. All mattresses are brand new and of premium quality (a King, a Queen, 2 XL Twins, 2 regular Twins). There are 4 desks where guests can work or study.
The kitchen/living/dining room space is approximately 750 sf and it has been recently expanded and renovated. It can accommodate large gatherings and it allows for flexibility and friendly interactions. The dining table expands to seat up to 10 people. The newly renovated kitchen features brand new stainless steel refrigerator, ultra quiet dishwasher, an induction stove, quartz countertops and marble backsplash. It is well stocked with all necessary tools and accessories. There is an all day drinks station with a coffee maker, tea kettle and a wine cooler for all your drinks, liquors and more. A large pantry will hold a week's worth of groceries easily.
The sunroom is versatile and can be used as a separate TV room, a kids play space or as an office. Guests will find lots of toys, games and a smart tv with multiple channels.
The brand new screened in porch is a lovely inviting space to have a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. A gas grill is provided for our guests to use.
There is a large back yard with a tree swing for the kids and plenty of space to run around. The yard is fully fenced so everyone stays safe. The house is a new rental to the vacation market. All house furnishings and kitchenware are new and top quality. This house is equipped with everything you might need for your stress free perfect vacation: all household necessities, kitchen essentials, bakeware, coffee makers and filters, small appliances, hotel quality bed sheets and towels, luxury bathroom products, laundry detergent, kids high chair, a booster seat, a Pack&Play crib, 2 bed rails, adult and kids bikes and more.
Beach gear is provided: (10 chairs, 2 large umbrellas, 2 wagons, 8 beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards). TV channels offered: Apple TV, Netflix, Paramount, Prime, Showtime, Freewee, HBO MAX;
For security purposes only, this home has an outdoor camera at the front and back exterior entrances of the home. We respect the privacy of our guests. The cameras are pointed at pedestrian gates for safety and security.
For bookings exceeding the standard house occupancy an extra fee of $200 per person per night will be charged to cover the additional cost of utilities and amenities.
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 4 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 30 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time or evidence of smoking.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), & BATH TOWEL SETS (8) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

We had a wonderful stay! Check in process was easy. Home is beautifully decorated with a large screen porch and great backyard for the kids to play. Beach is only a two block walk. The house had wagon, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys which make the trek to the beach so much easier. Will definitely book again next time we are in town!
This was our first time visiting South Carolina and we had a fantastic trip. The home was very comfortable and was an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the shower in the master is amazing! We really enjoyed the screened porch and the shady back yard. Even though the weather was quite warm, it was comfortable on the screened porch. We sat out there and played cards every day during our visit. Definitely recommend!
We loved this place! Everything was new, clean and well appointed. Beautiful decorations from around the World. Super convenient location, only 5 min walk to the beach. The property manager does a great job of keeping this house in impeccable condition and was very helpful and patient with our questions. Thank you. We'll be back next year.

This is a great house! I was there with my husband and 2 young adult kids and we loved it. It's a short walk to the beach and they had lots of chairs plus the wagon to cart our stuff to/from the beach! The house has several beds and they are really comfortable. We all slept so well! The house is very accommodating for beachgoers while also being beautiful and nice. We ended up cooking dinner twice and found everything we needed in a very functional kitchen to enjoy a nice meal on the screened in porch. We spent a lot of time on the porch. And the location is great--short drive to Charleston and lots of fun restaurants on the way. We loved this rental!

This was our first visit to the Isle of Palms, and after learning our way around the island, we quickly determined we were in a great location. We rented a golf cart for exploring and to get back and forth to the beach, though it is certainly walkable. The home was clean and worked great for our family. Several family members needed desks to work some and all bedrooms (except the master) had desks, which was nice. The screened back porch was a favorite of everyone and was utilized every morning and evening. The location was also so quiet!! I would make one request: please add a pizza pan and cookie sheets to the kitchen inventory. We looked everywhere and could not find any. We made due, but those items would have been appreciated. Thank you to the owners for sharing their charming home and to Carroll Realty for the awesome communication. We would stay again.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.
Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
