The master bedroom has a king sized bed with private door to walkout balcony, and television. The second guestroom has 2 queen beds, and television, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. All together, this is a great rental for couples or larger families up to 6 people (including children & infants). As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. Washer/dryer in unit.

This unit offers 2 assigned parking spots, with no additional parking at Beach Place. This is a non smoking home and requires a $500 refundable damage deposit. There is a 7 night, Saturday to Saturday minimum stay requirement.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need.
