#411 is a gorgeous, bright, beachfront 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is waiting for you to enjoy! This updated retreat has it all, including panoramic views, and proximity to all of the amenities southern Madeira Beach offers. Also right outside your front door are beautiful beaches, heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. Chances are, you will never need to leave!

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The updated kitchen offers granite counter tops, newer appliances, and all utilities you will need for your visit. Opening to the beautifully decorated living room, here you will find a large wall mounted flat screen TV and access to the balcony offering sensational beach views. Enjoy colorful sunsets, a good book or just sit and soak in the sun from this one of a kind vantage point! All three bedrooms have plenty of space and privacy! The master bedroom has a king sized bed with private door to walkout balcony, and television. The second guestroom has 2 queen beds, and television, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. All together, this is a great rental for couples or larger families up to 6 people (including children & infants). As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. Washer/dryer in unit.

This unit offers 2 assigned parking spots, with no additional parking at Beach Place. This is a non smoking home and requires a $500 refundable damage deposit. Please call SunHost Resorts if you're considering a last minute booking.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need.

Across the street from this unit is popular John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors were filthy when we arrived, but Sunhost sent someone to re-mop floors. A few maintenance issues, but nothing we called about. Major issue is the quality of mattresses - was like sleeping on a lumpy board. We argued about who would get to sleep on the couch. If they replace mattresses would be a 4*. No ice or filtered water on fridge. Elevator doesn’t always work. So, be prepared to carry luggage or other stuff up 4 flights of stairs.

Other than it’s definitely not a place for non-smokers, couldn’t enjoy the balcony due to the constant smokers in the building. It’s in a great location. Lots of entertainment. Too bad the condo didn’t have access to beach chairs and umbrella. There was no water pressure was in master bathroom sink. The patio door does not lock. Front queen bedroom door handle very loose and ceiling fan hits light as turns. Refrigerator door lower shelf was broke.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first day was not good as the Place was dirty and showing its age. The cupboards and dishes were dirty, the floors. Grout in bathrooms needs repair, mirrors and sinks need replacing, etc. The place is in desperate need of repairs and replacements. Master bed was horrible and hard as a rock and left us with soar backs. Excellent location but poor quality of upkeep in the condo.

Pics on line not a true representation of unit 411. It is NOT remodeled. Bathrooms:moldy grout, corroded faucets -no turn off, mirrors worn off, leaking toilet, hairdryers nonworking. Refrig no icemaker, leaking on floor daily, under stocked kitchen, frypan unusable. Worn out & broken furniture thru out unit. Needs paint. Worst unit we have ever booked. Owners should be ashamed to cheat people like this. No pride of ownership in this unit! Not worth the rent money. Book any other unit but this one.

Close but no cigar - I expected better for the price paid

The view is amazing, and the convenience to John’s Pass is unmatched. The living room furniture is comfortable. The main living area is decorated nicely. That’s about it. Now, the bad. First day there we had little black worms in the shower, a shower that was already disgusting with dirty and moldy grout, corroded shower doors, a peeling mirror and dirty wall trim. We rinsed down the worms and they kept coming back. We called sunhost and they sent someone up the next day who poured vinegar down the drain and said this happens when the drains dry up. The unit had just been rented, so the drains couldn’t have been dry. Anyway, they disappeared, but showed back up on our last day there. I called the second day there to report that the drain in that shower was draining very very slowly and that the dryer was broken. Sunhost did send someone to fix the dryer the next day. The slow drain never was fixed. Moving on, the master bedroom mattress was like sleeping on concrete (I know it’s a matter of preference, but it was the hardest mattress I’ve ever tried to sleep on, so just be aware). The pillows were paper thin and reminded me of cheap hospital pillows. The drawer space was minimal (one chest of drawers, although there was plenty of closet space.) The appliances are older and in a unit charging this much, I would’ve expected better. The ice maker was broken and had a sign on the door stating so. If you know it’s broken FIX IT!! I paid nearly $4000 for the week to stay here. FIX IT!! The building itself is a bit older and the elevator (there is only one to service way too many condos) was very very very slow. So to sum it up. In its current state, I would not stay here again for even half what I paid. I expected way better. The owners need to seriously gut the disgusting bathrooms and start over, and update the kitchen, then you would have a unit worthy of this price point. SunHost, however

Close to Johns Pass, but condo needs a deep clean

At first glance it the condo looked nice and clean but the longer we stayed it was not. Walking around barefoot, your feet turned black, and there was nothing in the condo to clean with. The shower heads in both bathrooms need to be replaced, even though they work they are disgusting. The vent in the guest bathroom needs to be fixed, it makes an awful noise when turning it on. We arrived on Saturday and on Sunday morning I reported a water leak above in the toilet in the master bath. The management team onsite was not much help and didn't really seem to care (sewage was dripping on our heads) when we stopped in the office on Monday. They just kept telling us they didn't manager the unit above us and reached out to the company that did. It wasn't until Wednesday when I reached out to get an update that anything on this moved forward (didn't office person then before). The leak was finally fixed on Friday. The layout of this condo worked great for us, 2 couples, which is one of the reasons we picked it, but it needs a deep clean and some things replaced. Not sure we would go back.

Beach gate had trash (flip flops, trash, and sand toys laying around the parking lot for 6 days. Pool/public bathroom was a disgusting mess with diaper contents in the tile, the elevator is questionable and very slow, very frustrating gate entry code to the beach. trash in front of the condo on the beach that nobody seemed to want to pick up.

The managers we talked to about dryer were very nice, but owner did not respond to them and nothing was resolved by the time we had to leave.

Will never rent unit 411 again

Reviewer Comments: We love Beach Place and have vacationed here for years and never looked anywhere else to stay. We rented unit 411 and I was totally disappointed. The unit bathrooms are rundown and need remodeling, the washer would spin off balance and the dryer was 1 hr of nothing; we had to put the still wet clothes on the balcony to dry. The fridge has a sign on it that the ice maker does not work. And the floors were disgustingly dirty! Not sure if this unit is being cleaned by an outside company or staff of Beach Place but was terrible. **this review askes for "property" condition, not sure if the mean Unit or property in whole? I still love Beach Place but I would not rent or recommend Unit 411 to anyone.

Kitchen appliances in good shape and worked. Overall experience good, but....Overall condition of unit, fair. The furniture in need of deep cleaning. The floor very dirty, not sand, dirt. Bottoms of feet terrible. Feet washed nightly before bed from just being in unit. Office notified and responsive. Cleaning staff came, mopped. Floor improved but still not clean especially after a fresh mop. We saw the process used and the mop itself was dirty, and the mop never rinsed. Dryer did not work, no heat, maintenance was responsive and changed it out. Next dryer worked on timed dry, not auto dry. Wash machine sounded like a jack hammer on the spin cycle. Washer level, difficulty balancing the load.Monthly pest spray, tiny ants erupted around bathroom sink. Faucets in hall bath sink corroded at the base, no knob for stopper to pull it up or down. Faucets difficult to shut off and stop dripping. Tub faucet mold inside the knob, loose, difficult to set temperature. Younger girl in office kind, respectful, responsive. A different, older person in office, was not. Elevator shut down due to tropical storm issues. No notification of storm, no info/evac procedures posted. Disabled individual in our unit in wheelchair. Storm passed, went to office to find out status of getting elevator back. Told we were a priority. In the discussion of the issue, I had a quizzical/concerned look on my face trying to understand what I was being told, and staff told me she didn’t like the look on my face, and to stop looking at her that way. Exceptionally rude response considering I was being told no one was taking responsibility on how to get the elevator running. This same individual rude on an issue with rented wheelchair pick up. Was not listening and interruptive. For the rental rate and being off season these issues were unexpected, frustrating

Fun Family Fall Break

We were excited to have a washer and dryer this year but the dryer was clogged and didn’t work well. There was a sign to lightly load washer; we put in 6 bath towels, not big beach ones, and the washer was so off balance it woke us up and completely shook across the laundry room! The fridge wasn’t cold until day two; it’s a lot to use a cooler and go up and down each time. We understand the usage though of these machines!!! It’s allGood! Remotes didn’t have batteries, which was weird. Last thing, the mattress topping on the bed closest to the outside door was soooooo comfortable; maybe putting those on all the beds would be a good suggestion for the owners. Sleep, good, comfort! All important! Thank you guys as always!!! Blessings!
