This newly renovated modern home is walking distance to the beach, plenty of restaurants, stores, and synagogues.
The house has gorgeous views of the intercoastal and the waterfront pool. A free shuttle will even pick you up at the house!! Relax outside in the lounge area under the covered tiki hut. The home features a chef's kitchen and a separate kosher kitchen area, 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms with smart TVs, 3 bathrooms, and an open floorplan with the kitchen and dining room facing the beautiful waterfront views. There is a boat dock on an 80-foot-deep canal with direct ocean access and no fixed bridges. Come park your boat! Fresh and clean home in a family-friendly, quiet, walkable neighborhood. Upscale safe neighborhood. Just a 15-minute walk to beautiful beaches and tons of amazing restaurants. Pool or spa heating is available for $45/day. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. We stock the house with a starter kit of supplies such as toilet paper per bathroom, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, trash bags, a bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap per bathroom, napkins, rolls of paper towels, and other amenities. There are many stores nearby if you require additional items. We can also offer a cleaning service and restocking of house supplies for an additional cleaning fee. For those with children, we offer a pack n' Play, Stroller and Car Seat for your use.
