Cozy Condo at the Beach

Two bedroom condo half a block from the beach. Excellent location - 5 blocks from Rehoboth avenue. Ocean view from deck and windows in main bedroom.

Amenities as follows:
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Spacious living room with dining nook. Half bath on first floor. There is a full flight of steps to the second floor of the condo. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and direct access to full bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 full size beds and a twin trundle pullout. Alternatively, the main entrance area of the condo has a den and a full size sofa bed. This condo can sleep 6 people comfortably. The condo has two parking spots (front to back). High speed internet and 3 Smart TV’s included. Coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker are all in the unit. Basic cookware, dishes, and utensils provided. The condo is located on the second floor of the building (Mariners Court) and there is elevator access.

Additional information:
- Cleaning Fee: $150.00 per rental.
- No Pets allowed per condo association rules, no exceptions.
- Luggage trolley available for use.
- Community pool (not heated) for use in season - Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.
- Small front loading washer and dryer in condo.
- High speed internet with 3 Smart TV's. Please note there is no cable service. You will need your own Roku, Firestick, or other streaming device to access cable tv. The TV's do have Amazon Prime, Hulu, Netflix, etc apps, available with your own log in information.
- Small deck located off living room with 4 chairs, and a table with umbrella.
- Covered parking garage under condo building with room for 2 small cars or one oversized vehicle or SUV/truck. Clearance to garage entrance is 7 feet. No roof racks, trailers, boats, campers, or RV's please. No EV charging available.
- Bed and bath linens NOT provided, but available from local linen service for a fee. If you would like to rent linens, we recommend Grand Rental. Reserve linens ahead of time by calling 302-227-7368, or online at www.227rent.com
- There are no beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, or beach towels provided. Please bring your own. There are beach chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach for daily and weekly rates.

Great place steps from the ocean

This spot is great because the rental is up to date, well appointed, great location to all that Rehoboth Beach/Boardwalk has to offer. Definitely a repeat destination.

Great family place!

My husband and I brought our 2 and 4 year old here for the week and we had the BEST time! The condo was better than we even expected and the complex was so convinient to so many things in the area!! Not one single complaint and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Family getaway

Great location! We had older and younger people who require as little walking as possible back and forth to the beach and nearby activities. There’s plenty of restaurants in short walking Distance and the location is right next to the beach. There’s also a lovely pool to use.

Great place for a family trip!

We loved our stay here. My wife and I and 2 kids had a lovely vacation. Fabulous spot (even closer to boardwalk/beach than it looks in pics) and was clean, nicely decorated and equipped, and had everything we needed! We’re definitely going to go back.

We were provided all the details for an easy check in. Clean space, perfect size for our family of 4. Laundry in unit was super convenient! The single best part though was the LOCATION! Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. We’re already talking about booking the same spot next year.

Great location / perfect beach getaway!

The condo is exactly as pictured (and even closer to the beach than we thought!). Beds were super comfortable, lots of room for 4 people to spread out, great outdoor space, well equipped kitchen - even books and puzzles for us to use. Communication with the owner was prompt. We highly recommend this property.

Roomie Condo on the boardwalk

This property was a lot more spacious in person than in photos! 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and 2 living rooms, with a balcony. It was clean, and provided for the vacation we really wanted.

Terrific vacation location

Very pleasant and convenient condo. Exactly as advertised. Lots of space, stocked with the usual necessities of home. Very close to beach and Funland (yes, you can hear people yelling on rides from the deck, but didn’t disturb sleep of our 2.5 year old upstairs). Would recommend.

Wonderful time

My family and I stayed here in June 2021. It was our first time visiting Rehobeth Beach and we are so happy we picked this location. The unit was extremely clean and the location was perfect- basically right on the beach and in a great spot near a quiet section of the boardwalk. The pool was well kept and never too busy. With so much in walking distance we really didn't have a reason to leave the complex during our stay. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful Trip!

We had a wonderful stay this past week. The apartment was clean and it had all the necessary amenities. My only suggestion for improvement would be that the bedrooms could use some room-darkening shades. We would have preferred not to have to wear sleep masks in order to sleep in on our vacation. Otherwise, great location, pool, and apartment!

Pleasant stay just steps from the beach and town!

We had a very nice stay at this property. The first half of our stay was just my husband and me, and then our two teen sons joined us for the second half.The condo was lovely, in both good weather and bad (we had days on end of chilly temperatures and rain). I hadn't known that the property was two stories until we got there but I liked the separation of the living and sleeping space. The primary bedroom has a view of a couple of the rides at Funland and both bedrooms have glimpses of the ocean. I also appreciated that there was a half bath downstairs in addition to the full bathroom upstairs.The temperature control was easy to use, the HVAC responsive, and all of the light switches were helpfully labeled. The front door keypad was also easy to use, and we appreciated not having to carry a key. Everything was in good working order, although a heads up that the seat and flush handle are slightly loose on the upstairs toilet.My sons said that their beds were comfortable. My husband and I did not find the memory foam mattress in the primary bedroom comfortable, but I am not deducting a star rating because mattress preference is so personal. A pleasant surprise is that the parking space for this unit can accommodate two cars.The best thing about the condo is the location. We could be on the beach and boardwalk within two minutes, and the entire town was walkable. Thanks to the owners for the binder with detailed restaurant descriptions; we tried so many restaurants!
