Welcome to this newly renovated home near Wells Harbor! This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has just been freshly renovated and has new furniture. The perfect location allows you to walk to Wells Harbor Beach (under 1 mile) and to restaurants/shops! Wells Harbor Beach has a playground for kids and offers great swimming for the little ones! Wells Beach is just a 6 minute drive away! This home is equipped with an assortment of board games and a smart tv in every room for those family game and movie nights! Walk to the Fisherman's Catch Restaurant for fresh lobster rolls or to Hobbs Harborside Restaurant, a local favorite! We hope to host you!

The first floor features an open living room, kitchen, and dining room, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and the garage which has a ping pong table! Step out the back door and enjoy the deck with pergola. There is patio furniture, picnic table, gas fireplace, and a gas grill!
Beach toys, towels, and a wagon included!
The second floor has an additional bedroom and full bathroom. Please note there is not a door at the top of the stairs separating the bedroom.
All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!

This rental house was perfect. We had plenty of space for the 6 of us. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location was great. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Paige was very pleasant and responded promptly with a couple questions we had. We would definitely stay again!
