We were pleasantly surprised at house spacious this cottage felt. Comfortable beds, nice linens and good amenities. Washer and dryer are so amazing to have on vacation. Loved the proximity to the beach for our 4&6y.o kids. Needs an outdoor shower (a must at the beach) and better outdoor seating for after beach evenings (only a 2 person patio table).

We all enjoyed our stay immensely. Cottage was very well stocked, comfy and casual…2 living areas worked out great for us. Proximity to the beach was huge! Our grandson loved playing corn hole and croquet in the back yard. 1 bath was a bit of a challenge with 6 of us but not a deal breaker. Would definitely recommend.

The cottage was quaint and pet friendly. The bedrooms were on the smaller side and the property wasn’t well cleaned when we arrived. For the price we paid I expected a bit more.

To maximize comfort, we’ve placed queen beds in all three rooms, even though it does reduce walking space slightly.- Cleanliness is something we take seriously, and the home is thoroughly cleaned before each guest’s arrival. While no specific issues were mentioned, we’ll review our process with the cleaning team to ensure everything meets the high standards we aim for.We appreciate your comments—they help us continue to improve and deliver a better experience for future guests.

Perfect getaway weekend

My college friends and I stayed here for a reunion weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The beds were super comfortable, and the living space was cozy and welcoming and great for hanging out. The location is phenomenal - you can hear the ocean from the front yard with beach access a 5 minute walk down the road. 10/10 would highly recommend. Yes, the bedrooms are tiny but with all the shared space, outdoor space, and with the many places to enjoy in the area, it didn't matter one bit. Already planning my next getaway at this same stay!

Cottage was very clean and ready for visitors. AC worked very well. Negative was the house right next door, just a foot away, under construction. Workmen started at 7:00 every morning, using very noisy equipment. No effort to withhold the noise until 8:00 or so. Woke us up every morning.
