Wellington Farm a 16th Century Farmhouse located in the heart of the black down hills (AONB) , A30 giving easy access to all local facilities, Jurassic coast, countryside walks and Exeter just 30 minutes away.located along A35, easy access to Sidmouth, Seatons, Axminster, Exeter, ect. one of the recognisable self- catering accommodation. Our assets are classical rooms with farm views/pond views.

The 2 bedrooms from the Lounge into the bedroom 1 through bedroom 2 and in to the bathroom at the end( Please refer to the photos in gallery). Maximum for 4 adults, best suits for 2 adults. price is for 2 adults, any extra 30 pond per person upon arrival.

Good Space

My family and I had a great stay here. The space inside is very good, the kitchen had all we needed, and the gardens were wonderful. Lovely village location and about 25 minutes drive from beaches. Robert and Tian were generous hosts and communicated very helpfully with us.
