This condo is in new condition. Well-stocked kitchen, spacious feel, comfortable furnishings, on a gorgeous hillside. It is removed from downtown and is not walkable to U of O. Prepare to uber or drive every where. The hosts replied when messaged but did not provide details for checkin (several messages and phone, checkout, or WiFi info. Communication improved after checkin. Great experience overall. Thank you!

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Oregon Law. Perfect location and very comfortable home. There were 7 of us.

Excellent Property

Our family had a wonderful time in Eugene for the Ducks / Illinois football game and it started with the accommodations. The house was wonderful and felt brand new. The communication with the owner was A+ and we’d highly recommend this property for your stay in the Eugene area. About 2 miles from the heart of the U of O campus.

Perfect Townhouse

Stayed here with family of 5 (all adults) for the Olympic Track Trials and it was the perfect location. Townhouse had all you might need and accommodated us all well. Owner very attentive to a few minor issues that were resolved quickly.

Unhygienic, dusty, dirty, lots of bugs

I do not recommend booking this home because of the extremely unhygienic and unsanitary conditions, bugs, and run down state of the home (photos they advertised are misleading). Here are just a few of the issues I encountered:1)Someone had urinated in the upstairs toilet (not flushed), the toilet bowl was soiled, and there was hair on the toilet. The bathroom downstairs was filthy and covered in dust. I had to buy supplies to clean and disinfect them myself. 2)We found human hair under the comforter on the bedsheets. Multiple pillows had yellow stains and looked soiled.3)Bugs everywhere. They were getting into our luggage and all our things.4)Dust balls and films of dust everywhere including on night stands and lamps on nightstands.5)Dishes in the kitchen had food stuck on them, kitchen had coffee stains on the counters, kitchen sponge provided was filthy (we had to buy new ones).6)Broken lamps, furniture, stained rugs.When I notified the host about the unsanitary conditions, I got a “sorry and thanks for letting us know” response. We left the place better than we received it (because we cleaned it ourselves and even made all the beds). Positives: good location, quiet neighborhood, good size for a family, no bothersome neighbors, short drive to restaurants/coffee shops, easy check in and check out.If cleanliness is important to you, this isn’t the home to book.

Amazing and easy

From check in to check out the house is very organized and warming with a modern feel. I have three kids and we all had our own rooms. The cleanliness of the home was impeccable. Very close to town and I would definitely rent again, thanks Ryan!

Perfect Location

We stayed in Eugene for a wedding and the location was perfect. The location was quiet and a great place to just relax. Everyone has their own room and space to just hang out. The house is just a short distance from the U of O campus but even better it has quick access to I-5 so we could jump on to get to other location. A great place to stay!

Great local stay in Eugene

We came on a business trip to work in the Eugene area and it was easily accessible to the city center, the airport and some of the surrounding towns we were traveling through. Unit was clean, modern and spacious for three. There were plenty of insights into how to navigate the space and when we had an issue with wifi host was good at responding and giving insights for us to resolve it.

Perfect location and stay!

We loved the Modern House condo! It was spacious, super clean and had a great location! We saw deer each night walking and eating blackberries right next to the driveway. Lots of morning coffees on the balcony and we cooked in almost every night. Truly enjoyed it!! Highly recommend!

Great townhouse for tennis team

Townhouse is set up well for adults staying together. Impeccably clean, nice beds and linens and nice furnishings. Modern and up to date. Bathrooms are well stocked and equipped The property was quiet and great off street parking.

Clean and cute

Great place for a quick trip. Kitchen is a little sparse, but good for quick meals. There's just a French press, no coffee pot so was a not the most ideal for a group with 4 adults. Also, there's no hot tub like in the listing, but we stayed in winter so it was not something we needed anyway.

The entire house will be private to you. Access information will be sent to you a few days before check-in. There is free parking for multiple vehicles.

Parking will be behind the house in the garage or in front of the garage. The door may be used to haul luggage in but then your vehicle will need to be parked behind the house.
