Matthew's property was super clean and beautifully decorated. It's in a newer neighborhood in Flagstaff and it felt very safe. We visited Flagstaff to escape the heat of the valley, and the property was a convenient base camp for hiking and exploring. I would love to stay again!
We spent a couple nights at this wonderful VRBO! WOW! Nice neighborhood, super clean, comfortable beds, great location and easy to get to other places, great communication with owner. We rent VRBOs a lot and my wife and I agreed this is one of the best ones we have rented. Thank you!

Decent home away from home potential
Driveway is shared with 3 other homes, as pictured & back up cautiously, no garage remote (punch code in to get in), if power to garage or door lock goes out you will not get in as there is no keys around, spacious garage fits my truck, nice plugin air freshener smell when you enter home, as you get comfy I noticed a lot of white dog hair over all the furniture and rugs, cleaner vacuumed upstairs couch but not under tray or pillows, first night main BR bed was very itchy like it had dust mites, after uncomfortable first nt, washed all bedding the next day along with couch blankets, no vacuum so bought large lint roller to pick up dog hair off upstairs couch, given condition of home had to wash towels for piece of mind, back yard had dog poop and vomit like splatter I had to pick up so it would not be stepped on during rainy weekend and dog would not get into the sickly substance, communication with contact was not quick and took time to receive a response on TV remote which he initially didn’t know where it was and the uncleaned areas of the property. Unfortunately no solution or offers were presented for unexpected stay issues. The home is definitely nice looking just lacks care and follow-up, upstairs temp is cooler than downstairs if that is a concern for anyone. No clean sponges for dishes, just used dishwasher, no toaster for bread just toaster oven that did not look clean. Kitchen seats were not clean looking picked lesser of all and used just that one.
