About this property

Welcome to our 8-year-old Stanton 3BRs home and 2.5BAs, conveniently located 4 miles away from Disneyland, 2 miles from Knott’s Berry Farm, and walking distance from Adventure City. This is the perfect place for families and friends looking for a convenient and unforgettable vacation experience.

Our place has everything you would need during your vacation, including high-speed Wi-Fi, YouTube TV, Central Air Conditioning and Heating.

This two stories home with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms upstairs and half bathroom downstairs. This home can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 6 guests including children and infants. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted at any time.

After each stay, our house will be thoroughly cleaned and carefully sanitized by a professional cleaning crew.

We can't wait for you and your families/friends to vacation at our home in Orange County.

BEDROOMS:
Master Bedroom – New queen bedroom set (mattress, pillows, comforter, and sheets) and a wall mount 43” Flatscreen TV, and a small desk w/ chair.
Second Bedroom – New full bedroom set (mattress, pillows, comforter, and sheets)
Third Bedroom – New queen bedroom set (mattress, pillows, comforter, and sheets)

BATHROOMS
Master Bathroom (upstairs) – Standing shower and bath tub. Blow-dryer, towels, shampoo, and body wash are provided for your convenience.
Second Bathroom (upstairs) – Shower/bathtub. Blow-dryer, towels, shampoo, and body wash are provided for your convenience.
Third Bathroom (downstairs) – powder room

LIVING ROOM:
The charming living room features a new modern sofa and a 55” flat-screen TV - perfect for relaxation during your stay.

KITCHEN
The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances (microwave, air fryer, toaster, 8-cup coffee maker, Ninja blender, kettle and cookware sets, utensils and more…) making it easy to prepare meals and snacks.

LAUNDRY:
An iron w/ ironing pad blanket, washer and dryer are available on the 2nd floor for use.

BACKYARD:
A quaint backyard equipped with propane gas BBQ grill.

NOTES:
**Minimum stay 30 days.
**2 cars parking spot available on driveway. Parked car must not extend over sidewalk.
**NO extended or overnight parking on Guest Parking Spot
**Street parking is only available with permit. No garage access.
**Association mandates “quiet time” from 10pm to 8:30am. Outdoor and back yard gathering are off limits during these times.
**Security cameras are on the premises in entry, front and back yard.
**Not pets are permitted at any time during your stay.
**Absolutely no parties or large gathering at any time.
