This luxurious home is perfect for families, friends celebrating a special occasion, or business colleagues.
PRIME LOCATION: -Ten-minute walk to the some of the highest rated restaurants/breweries on Larimer St and the heart of RiNo (arts district). Corsica is my new fav!
-15 min walk to Coors field (0.6 Miles) -0.9 Miles to the Convention Center -5 Min drive to Downtown -Easy access to Broncos Stadium and Ball Arena for games and concerts -Next to major highways for easy access to the ski resorts, Red Rocks Amphitheater, and Boulder
LAYOUT: 3 story, 4 level townhouse 4 bedrooms (2 king beds, 3 queen beds, 2 sofa beds) 4.5 bathrooms 2 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms 2 bedrooms have a dedicated workplace (desk and chair) and there is a 3rd workspace in the hallway with a desk and chair.
All bedrooms are separate from living spaces and equipped with: - Smart TVs - Alexa Dots - Chargers & adapters.
* LOWER LEVEL: -Bedroom 1 - Spacious guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds and a wall of glass that leads to a lovely, private backyard. The backyard features a table and seating, providing a perfect space to relax and unwind. Hall bath with tub/shower combo. - Bedroom 2 - Larger bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. En-suite bath with a stand up shower. Full length mirror in hallway. Private entrance and patio. -2 car garage and shaded back yard.
*MAIN LEVEL: - A fully equipped European-style kitchen, with custom Berloni cabinets, quartz countertops, a 5-burner gas range, a breakfast bar and fully stocked coffee station. -A dining room that can accommodate large groups/families. -The living room features a see-thru fireplace and a comfortable seating area with a TV. -A small deck/balcony overlooking the private back yard and a powder room complete this level. -We allow smoking/vaping of marijuana on this level inside with the air purifiers on. No tobacco smoking inside; outside is OK.
*UPPER LEVEL: -Primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a sofa bed & TV. 5-piece luxury en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Includes a dedicated workspace (desk/chair). -Guest bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, a full-length mirror and a dedicated workspace (desk/chair). -A hall bath with a bath/shower combo and a washer/dryer closet with an iron and ironing board are also available on this level. -Dedicated workspace in hallway (desk/chair) -A balcony
*ROOFTOP DECK: -The rooftop deck is the epitome of luxury with a hot tub, a wet bar, a grill, a dining area, and a lounge area with ample seating. -A large, cantilevered umbrella and a fire table complete this outdoor oasis that offers stunning views of the city.
GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to the whole space including the 2-car garage.
Guests do NOT have access to locked owners’ closets on the lower level.
No mailbox access. Deliveries are welcome and come to the door.

Neighborhood: Curtis Park is known for its inclusivity. The home is located across the street from a day shelter where people can access services such as receiving mail and help finding employment. You will see unhoused people, but it shouldn’t impact your stay.

Lovely house and hosts were super helpful & communicative. Tons of space and easy to get to many downtown spots.
Yes it is across from a church/shelter, but we never had any issues. Hosts have a keylock system so you feel secure, and you can always go out the back!
I have been to Denver twice now, and would choose this location again.
Very nice, big & clean rental. Plenty of beds & bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable & clean. Everything in house is new & modern. Easy walking distance to baseball stadium & downtown bar area. We had a rental car, and we were able to park 2 cars in the garage. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but inside the house you feel 100% safe. The rooftop patio was our favorite part of the house (With BBQ & Spa). Hosts are gracious. I have been to Denver twice now, and would choose this rental again.

Our neighborhood, Curtis Park, is centrally located and walkable to most parts of the city like the trendy RiNo Arts District, Downtown, Coors Field and the Convention Center. There are many art galleries, restaurants, bars and music venues. We love the murals and street art that make this neighborhood one of the most diverse and vibrant in Denver.

Our home is modern and spacious. It is perfect for entertaining groups with a huge private rooftop deck and open living/kitchen/dining area.
