Welcome to Changes In Attitude!

This spacious first tier home is built with a warm pecky cypress interior and tile floors throughout.

4 Master Suites on the lower level, each with their own TV and private bathroom, open onto the covered wrap-around deck with Gulf views.

The top floor great room is spacious and inviting with high ceilings, exposed cypress beams and plenty of seating. Relax with a movie on the large, HDTV with DVD player, unwind with a card game at one of two round dining tables or enjoy a snack at the breakfast bar.

Beautiful granite counter tops grace the large, open kitchen and a full-size second refrigerator is available for your convenience. A full bathroom with shower is located just past the kitchen and the top floor wrap-around deck offers panoramic Gulf views and a large furnished, sundeck to enjoy the breeze.

Still have to work while on vacation? We have a dedicated desk space with modem plugin and WIFI.

A screened-in private swimming pool is located just past the 6-person hot tub, a great way to wind down after a long day at the beach.
Additional outdoors amenities include under-house concrete parking, enclosed outdoor shower; fish cleaning area and park-style charcoal grill.

The community beach boardwalk can be found at either end of the street for easy and quick access to the beach and as guests staying inside the St. George Plantation you will have access to Plantation amenities which include the Clubhouse with fitness center, community swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts and miles of bike path.

Great location and a Cabin at the Beach

Loved the location and pool! The house is older but well maintained. Liked the “cabin at the beach” feel. Beautiful wood and layout. Each bedroom having a private bath is a huge bonus!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has a great view, a quick walk to the beach, and plenty of space . We enjoyed the pool. I hate to write negative reviews, but this house could have been so much better. It definitely could use some minor updating and better maintenance. We knew it was an older home, but it doesn't appear that many updates have been done since it was built. What noticeable maintenance had been done appeared to be temporary fixes instead of long-term solutions. For example, the decking on the stairs, they replaced the top boards, but the foundation wood to the stairs was not replaced, leaving the top boards bowed and some loose. There was an extension cord to the pool lights that you had to plug in to have lights at the pool. The lighting on the spiral staircase inside the home did not work, so we had to leave the lamp on all the time so we could see to use them. Also It really could use a deep cleaning. I know there is not a lot of time between turnovers but time should be made to do some deep cleaning during slower times. There were lots of upholstery stains on the furniture. One couch was so bad that no one in my group wanted to sit on it. The floors and especially the grout needs a deep cleaning. There were other things also but those are the main things. Forgotten shores did give us another night to make up for it, which was really nice of them. It was not offered until our last full day so it made it difficult to change some of our schedules. Only part of our group stayed longer on Saturday but did not stay the extra night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Changes in Attitude. The location was great especially for the price. Walk to the beach was easy, loved that the boardwalk access was ramped with no steps making pulling carts no problem. Vacant lot across the street allowed for a good view of the ocean. Rooms were spacious enough, nice pool and hot tub, loved the large kitchen and living space. We had two families staying in the house and it worked out great. Property does have LOTS of steps and they cannot be avoided due to the layout so it's not for those with knee problems and hip problems but for the able bodied you'll get your steps in.
