As described, very close to the beach. Comes with 4 beach chairs and wagon. For easy beach days. Has basic living essentials like toilet paper and paper towels, but no bathroom body products. You will have to bring your own. This home served our family of 4 well, and we were able to enjoy our much needed vacation.
