Nice house, but feels like house sitting situation

Nice house with plenty of space. Host is easy to communicate with. The house is lived in and there's a cat present, which is in the description, but still feels like house sitting for someone rather than a vacation rental. The price point seems high for a space that's not your own. This may work well for many people, just want others to be aware of what they're signing up for. Again, host was good to work with overall.

Why they chose this property

This is a large, historic house with lots of character. Huge back yard with a patio and a giant tree swing. Long driveway with two convenient parking spaces right at the back door. Big bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Linens and towels provided, and beds will already be made up with clean sheets upon arrival. Fully stocked kitchen.

What makes this property unique

Please note that the house also comes with a gorgeous gray cat. Minnie the Cat does her own thing so you won’t have to look after her, but do know that she comes inside sometimes. This is a one-cat household -- please do not bring additional pets to the house.
