Perched on 5 acres in Yucca Mesa you will find the Lazy J Ranch. This 2BD home has incredible views that you will love for the duration of your stay. Whether you're looking to leave the hustle & bustle behind for a couple days or searching for a longer stretch of time to reconnect and center yourself, this is definitely a home to consider.

The home is ideally located just south of Flamingo Heights and a quick 15-min drive to BOTH Pioneertown and Joshua Tree Village.

Inside you'll find comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen for the chef of the group, and a wood-burning fireplace.
Outside there is plenty of lounging space, a dining table, BBQ grill, firepit, and a shaded hammock on the back end of the property to enjoy the serenity the area offers.

Newly installed EV Charger (Level 2 - fast) will accommodate both Tesla and non-Tesla EVs. No adaptors required. Home is solar powered.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

-Low outdoor music is allowed at levels that will not disturb the neighbors.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-7am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 21+
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.

Great jumping off location

This house was adorable and so clean. Super comfy king bed and great bathroom. It was nice and close to the park so a great place to stay for day trips into Joshua. We loved the games they had available and the patio and hammock for chilling after hikes. Wea The only reason I am not giving this property 5 stars for each category is the noise from the surrounding area. It is fairly close to a main road so there is constant highway noise outside. The neighbor also has a massive sign they light up all night with halogen lighting that impedes star gazing.
