Brand new lake house with amazing views, easy cart path to the quiet cove, community boat dock and access to COR boat landing.
Split Floor Plan with Open Commons Area, Sleeps 6-8 ppl. Comes with pack & play and fenced in back yard. Fire pit, Kayak, (2) SUPs, Zero Gravity Chairs, Covered Back Porch and sun deck with pergola. New Gas grill. Extra Large Dining Table ( seats 8+) and Butcher Block Island that seats 3. Laundry Room, Ample Parking. You might not want to leave:-) P.S. We offer access to Pontoon Rental as well.

OUTSIDE FUN: Corn-hull, a Volleyball set, Tic-Tac-Toe toss game, Kayak, Hammock, Fire Pit, Gas Grill, telescope for night-time star gazing:-)

A great spot on lake Hartwell

A great house with easy walking access to the lake. A big plus is the smooth pavement from the house to the lake. No steps. Everything was in working order and plenty of room. Very clean. The house is on a cove so no powerboats to worry about, easy kayaking. We were 100% satisfied worth every penny.

Relaxing Thanksgiving with family at the Lake House

Of all the short term rentals i've stayed at this was without question the best furnished, best equipped, and the most understated. This property was more than advertised. What a beautiful setting for a vacation rental. We loved this place and we will return.

Perfect lake house stay!

Our mother/daughter/friend weekend at Carmen’s lovely house was just what a NJ Clemson momma’s heart needed! House is immaculate, the back deck with lake views is dreamy and maybe my favorite part…the host’s special touches, communication and help. Carmen went out of her way to make us feel welcome…we will be back!

This property is in a great LOCATION and super clean, brand new construction on a quiet cove just off the main channel. It's the best of both worlds, because you can swim and fish in the quiet cove or check out our Pontoon rental and enjoy a day beaching on one of the local islands:-) Close to the all things fun on Lake Hartwell. You are 8 minutes to the Galley Restaurant at Portman Marina, 25 Minutes to Clemson Marina, 18 Drive to the adorable little downtown Pendleton & City of Clemson! You're about 35 minutes from Downtown Greenville if you want to explore that as well.

What makes this property unique

1 Owner, brand new construction, smoke-free, pet-free home that is neat, clean, tidy!One of the best things about this property is that the cart path to the cove is very friendly. My 76 year old mother had no trouble navigating the gently sloped path.
Also, there is a community boat dock with deeded slip on deep water (~ 18' at end of dock) for your own boat or rent out our Pontoon to make life easy:-) The back yard is fenced, so that you can make sure smaller children don't venture down to the water by themselves. Your Happiness & Enjoyment is my #1 goal:-))
