Beautifully decorated ocean view condominium with pool just steps to one of the best beaches on Saint Simons. This condominium is located inside a gated complex just across the street from one of the best beaches on the island. This condominium is within walking distance to The Saint Simons Village area. There you can find shops, restaurants, casino, swimming pool, putt putt course and the light house museum. This condominium has two bedrooms one with a king bed and the second bedroom has two twins. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. There is a covered porch that sits off the living area and master bedroom with an eating table for two and an ocean view. This condominium is sure to be a vacation favorite for you and your family for years to come.

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night.

Great location

Very spacious condo with updated furniture and appliances and very clean. Pool is small but still enjoyable. Less than a mile to several great restaurants and maybe a two minute walk to the beach which is not crowded at all. Will definitely stay at this location again in the future.

Very clean and Great location!

The condo was a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit. All updated furniture and very clean. Plenty of space for my husband, two sons and I. Beach was very close, a few minute walk to the public access which was not overly crowded. Conveniently located between the St. Simon’s Village and the King & Prince we were able to walk everywhere. Only thing disappointing was the pool. It was not open until a few days into our trip which was not mentioned in the listing that the pool wasn’t open until April. Also, the pool was quite small. Good thing we are big beach people but I did book this unit because I liked the option of using a pool too for the kids. Overall it was a beautiful condo and the location was fantastic!
