Welcome to our relaxing "staycation" home, just minutes away from major highways to see all of what Los Angeles has to offer.
15 minutes to Universal Studios/Hollywood. 20min to downtown. 30min to beaches.
The house offers great amenities such as parking spaces, pool, firepit, bbq grill, outdoor furniture, lightning fast WiFi, smart TVs, kitchenware, washer/dryer, and air conditioning.
Perfect for families and friends who want to visit Los Angeles or simply relax by the pool and stay in.
The space
The home offers large families a perfect place to get together and relax. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the ground floor while the additional 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs on the second floor.
Rooms are located close to the living spaces but distant enough for everyone to have their peace and quiet. Whether you are watching a movie in the living room, enjoying a meal in the dining room, relaxing by the poolside or enjoying the outdoor seating by the firepit - there are many places to enjoy the space and socialize.

The home is minutes from the 5, 170, 101, 118, 405, and many other freeways.

You will have access and privacy to the entire home except for the garage which is used for storage and has a separate entrance on the side of the house.

Great communication and very accommodating. My family and friends enjoyed their stay. It’s awesome that the house is so close to one of our favorite restaurants, Salsa and Beer. Unfortunately, we did see some homeless encampments outside of the neighborhood that were startling to our visitors, but not unusual for us. The street we were on felt quiet and safe, and we were all comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was as advertised, no hassle, easy check in, comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. This place was perfect for our family. Argenis was very accommodating and answered all questions promptly.

The house is beautiful and very clean. The pool looked amazing but it was raining so we didn’t use it. We felt very welcomed and our host was very responsive when we reached out. We would love to stay here again!

The house itself was amazing. When we walked in, it was very clean and smelled so. I love wood, and every bedroom had a wall of wooden closets and built-in desks. The staircase was beautiful. The owner told me his father built all of it. The living room only had one couch so the whole group could not relax. We had 12. I rented this place for the pool. The pump went out before we got there, and the pool had green slime on the steps, side, and bottom. The owner tried to help by having his pool guy come out. He skimmed the top, scrubbed the sides of the pool, and put chlorine in, but without the pump, the algae just floated around. Overall, I liked the house, but I was very disappointed about the pool.

Argenis’ house was the perfect spot for a group of friends visiting LA. The house was clean and well equipped. It was very spacious, with plenty of room both inside and out. We spent time around the big dining table and on the patio by the pool. The location was close to lots of the sites we wanted to see. Argenis could not have been more welcoming and responsive! I recommend a stay at Argenis’ place!

Great Family Space

Perfect place in LA

Yearly vacation

The home was perfect for our needs while we took our yearly family trip. This was a first time for us using VRBO. I could not have asked for a anything better. Very clean, very roomy and very good communication with host. Definitely planning to use this house again.

Absolutely awesome

I was a little nervous about the area with the main street to get there (Linkershim?) But once we turned off that it was fantastic. Loved the pool and watching planes go to the airport. Toilet seat in main bathroom 1st floor is loose and the toilet paper holder was missing a side (these are just FYIs, not complaints)Wonderful property if you are planning a Universal Studios trip.Thank you!!

Not what we expected

We booked this home because it could accommodate our two families and had a pool for the kids. At the time of booking, the instructions for pool heating were to let the owner know 7 days in advance for heating. I did so and was informed that the heater was non-functional but there was a hot tub. Too bad the small inflatable hot tub barely got warm after three days. It continued to show error messages and beep incessantly. It would have been okay if we could also enjoy the interior of the house but the smell of sewage and mildew from the main floor bathroom was overpowering. The owner sent a plumber who tightened the toilets and replaced one but it did not deal with the issue. Cooking was also difficult with only three butter knives in the kitchen, incomplete dish sets and a lack of cooking basics like mixing bowls and pasta strainers. This made it challenging to be able to prepare meals and sit down together for a meal with everyone having the plates, bowls and cutlery that they needed. I will say that the beds were comfortable and the owner responded quickly but this is not a place I would stay again.

This property suited our family perfectly! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and private and the kitchen was well stocked. Also, the location was great. We were able to enjoy lots of sites around LA but also enjoyed time together at the house, watching the World Cup on the giant screen TV and playing in the pool with grandchildren.

Overall, it was an okay experience. The location was good, and the house was spacious. However, we did not receive the key code until about two hours before check-in, which was a little nerve-racking for us.The house itself felt a bit outdated and looked somewhat different from the photos, possibly because of the lighting. Also, some of the kitchen drawers and cabinets had an unpleasant smell and could really use a deep cleaning.Overall, the stay was fine, but a few improvements would make the experience much better.
