About the host
Hosted by Ericka Arowcavage
Hello My name is Ericka (the owner ) and Im your host along with my co host Christopher. We both love to travel with our families and both love to remodel and design homes. As avid super hosts personally we both strive to give this home our very best for each every guest. We cant wait to share this newly remodeled home with you and we think it’s pretty special, we hope you do as well.
About Me, the owner: Ericka,
I am a family of four, and my husband and I have been married since 1990. We moved to Oregon in 1994 from The California Wine country to start a new life in a country setting. We have two teenage children, one dog “Oliver” a golden lab and one cat “Charlie”. We have enjoyed hosting friends and family for decades and pride ourselves on creating the most luxurious, comfortable and relaxing spaces possible. To get a great night sleep when traveling is what we want, and so do you, so we do everything we can to make that your reality. We travel the world and stay at short term rental homes frequently, so we know the good, the bad and what makes them great. We know you will find this home at the top of your favorite places visited list.

Why they chose this property
This is an amazing home. Built in the 40s and has so much charm and character. We retained all the character in the new remodel while bringing in all the nice new amenities. The place is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Plus the rooms are graciously decorated with comfortable beds. The walls are incredible antique knotty pine, super warm and inviting and everyone who sees it wants to recreate this look, I just love it. And the feel of the woods and valley canyon out the back windows is so relaxing. You’ll enjoy morning coffee just staring off into the views. The downtown bathhouse row is just down the hill (a little bit steep for small children) but easy and just a few minutes walk. So, leave the car at the home and you wont have to fight the traffic. This home is one of 4 short term rentals all right here next to each other. So larger family gatherings or corporate retreats are perfect if you book all 4 homes together. Hope you come and enjoy this little oasis right outside of Main Street.
What makes this property unique
Super close to downtown & vintage/rustic remodeled home. Right next to National forest. Big 3 bedroom and 2 full baths.
