Amazing stay over Christmas

Our party of 8 from the uk stayed over Christmas. The villa is located on a beautiful resort and is located not far from the resort entrance and clubhouse. Check in was easy, all the relevant information was sent before we traveled. The villa is beautiful, well maintained and clean, great for families. Vince was amazing, we had a couple of issues, pool pump broke, this was temporarily fixed the same day I messaged and permanently fixed within 48hrs. We also had an issue with the oven, which Vince responded to immediately sending out a thermometer so we could check the temperature inside the oven, but within 48hrs a new oven was delivered and installed. We would 💯 stay there again. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We have just come back from two wonderful weeks staying at Vince and Denise villa !! What a wonderful house they catered to our every need this villa had everything . It was clean and very luxurious, the beds were very comfy and most of all the pool area was great and kids loved it .. thanks so much for making Orlando a great experience Will most definitely recommend you to rent this villa !!

This villa is one if the nicest ones we have stayed in. There is everything, and I mean everything, you could possibly need for a great holiday. Decorated beautifully, the pool was kept lovely and clean during our stay. First impressions when we walked were, wow! I would totally recommend this villa, you do need a car to get to the parks but it’s well worth hiring one to stay here, the owners were easily contactable before our visit and responded within 24 hours of any queries we had. Would 100% recommend

Stunning Home

Our stay here was amazing. The house was so clean, equipped with anything we needed. And the owner was very quick to respond to any questions. I have rented In this area same time for last 11 years this is the best house yet!!!!

Wonderful stay.

Everything about the house was great! Plenty of space for both the adults and kids. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The pool and game room were also great. We loved being able to cook the majority of our meals at the house, as the kitchen was plenty spacious and has wonderful appliances, and there is also nice Weber grill at house for grilling. Highly recommend and plan to stay again in the future.

Great place for a family vacation. The villa is beautiful and very spacious. On arrival the villa was spotless and was exactly as pictured. Denise and Vince were excellent hosts, great communication throughout and even provided us with a welcome box of snacks and bottled water. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone planning a vacation to Orlando. We hope to return to Solterra Sunny Oasis soon.

The villa was fabulous - clean, spacious, beautifully furnished and amazing attention to detail. We didn’t have any small kids but the kids’ pizza/playroom under the stairs was so cute ❤️ and my bigger ‘kids’ loved the Star Wars lounge and the Games Room. We loved the pool and spa and just the whole relaxing vibe. Vince and Denise provided first class customer service - pre and during the holiday. We loved the little extra touches, such as the little food welcome pack, pool towels, washing powder, dishwasher tabs etc. Would highly recommend.

What can I say!!! My family and I (group of 11) stayed at the villa October 17th -27th 2025. What a stunning home! Very well equipped with all we needed from kitchen appliances, bathroom essentials, pool towels. When we arrived my kids ran around the open concept living area screaming with excitement, I wish I captured the moment! The house is beautifully decorated and the kids rooms were amazing! There’s 2 rooms on main floor with king beds, 2 adult rooms and 2 kids rooms on upper floor, all having their own bathrooms plus a general bathroom on main floor. The game room was a huge hit and pool area was absolutely fantastic! Such a quiet community, close to shops and parks. The community water park is fantastic and so clean!. Vincent was very quick to respond with questions and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and shops. He dealt with my annoying self right from the day we booked 2 years ago hahaha. I really hope to get back to this villa and visit before to long! Can’t praise the hosts enough! An amazing vacation!

Solterra Sunny Oasis is perfect!

Two king bedrooms on first floor were perfect for our seniors with mobility issues. Very clean and nicely decorated. Everything you need is included. Two spacious living areas to spread out. Nice game room for kids and kids at heart. Recommend pool and spa heat in winter months so you can enjoy the outdoor area to its fullest. Great communication with owners and maintenance. Highly recommended!

The most beautiful villa!

The Villa is absolutley fantastic. Beautifully decorated from top to bottom. It has everything you could need to have a self catering holiday. The pool area was very clean. We spent many nights out there after long park days, the pool and spa lit up at night was lovely. Smart TVs around the villa. Security code on the door which was a great touch as you didnt need to worry about carrying a key. The beds, pillows and bed linen were top quality and very comfy. The villa had towels, initial supply of loo roll and plenty hand wash at each sink. Fully equiped kitchen and excellent laundry facilities. The host was great, any questions the response was almost instant and ever so helpful. The resort is very secure with 24 hour security. Staff all very friendly. We used the communal area once which was immaculatley clean and the food was tasty. We would not hesitate to recommend and we would 100% stay again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Our stay here was fabulous! The space was perfect for our entire family. The boys loved the star wars themed loft where they could play games and watch their own shows. The furniture was comfortable and thought through with large tables and plenty of seating. The kitchen island was great and the pantry was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The snack bowl on the island was a nice touch! We also spent a lot of time outdoors. The outdoor space was complete with furniture, a table, and an outdoor TV! We will definitely be back!

Excellent Villa and location

This villa is spacious and very well-equipped. My family of 8 was able to spread out very comfortably. on the upper floor, there is a flex space and four bedrooms.2 further master bedrooms are located downstairs. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The villa is located within a gated community, and security was always out on patrol. The games room has loads to keep everyone amused. Theme parks located 20-40 minutes away by car. Ideal accommodation which I would not hestitate to book in the future. The owner, Vincent was always on hand to answer any questions I had and I felt very confident that our stay was the most important thing to him.

Perfect Holiday Rental

We have just spent two weeks at Solterra Sunny Oasis which was a stunning villa with more than enough space for six adults and three children (plus an extra adult and child for one night). The location was great, not too far from the resort facilities, with a south facing garden, great pool and backing on to fields, with a bbq which we used most nights. The games room was great fun for both the children and adults. The villa was tastefully decorated with two themed bedrooms for the children and a great lounging area for them upstairs, well away from the adults! Vince couldn’t have been more helpful and prompt in replying to any queries we had and I absolutely recommend staying here, whether visiting the Disney parks (close by) or just chilling. The Solterra resort was also loved by the children for its lazy river and water slide. Highly recommend

The owners, Denise and Vince, have been coming to Orlando regularly for the last 25 years and recently (January 2023) decided to purchase this property as our home away from home. We have amazing memories of the area and all it has to offer. Our three boys have been vacationing to the area since before they could walk and still love the area. We would like to share this property with others and will treat all guests as friends. We want to do everything in our power to make sure your family vacation is magical and will be able to share our knowledge of the theme parks and other activities that Central Florida has to offer. We know how hard you work to give your family the best vacation possible and how stressful it can be to plan a trip to the area. We recently decided to leave our management company because we have very high standards regarding how our new friends experience our home. We want to hear directly from them how we can make not only this trip more enjoyable, but how we can improve the home for their next stay with us.
