Beautiful property. House was perfect for us (clean, centrally located, had everything we needed to cook, etc). Very thoughtful details inside. Theo is a delight. We had no issues. We had an amazing time.

This is a beautiful, well located home - very clean, tastefully decorated, well-equipped, and near the heart of Southampton village as well as Cooper’s Beach. The backyard is a gorgeous oasis, just as pictured. Check-in process was seamless, and the booklet regarding the home’s features and recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc. was informative and detailed. Host was super responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

The experience with booking this home was flawless. The host, Theo, could not have been more communicative and helpful. I received all the information I needed to prepare and check in well in advance. The home is absolutely adorable. It was a perfect place for our family to stay. Everything was decorated beautifully. We instantly felt serene the second we walked in. The rooms were spacious and the house was wonderfully equipped. Everything we needed was easily accessible and available. The backyard is gorgeous! It felt like we were in a resort. The best part is that it is very close to everything. There are a ton of restaurants, coffee shops, dessert places etc all within minutes of the house. Cooper's Beach, one of the best beaches in the U.S., was only about 10-15 minutes away! We absolutely loved it. This is a fantastic house to stay in if you have a family, or if you want a romantic getaway. I could not recommend it more highly!
