INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Short but VERY sweet!

We snuck away for three nights sort of last minute and could not have been more pleased! One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Will be back most certainly!

Great stay - Family of 3 Children and 2 Adults

The arrival was a bit clunky with access codes to the condo and the pool being wrong. Management quickly rectified. Property was clean and well maintained. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The view over 30a and the pool area were nice. Big Bad Breakfast on-site is a nice amenity. There is a Keurig in the condo but does not come with any Keurig refills?? I would probably at least provide 2 per stay to get people out of bed if they come in late and don't want to go to the store before getting coffee... The coffee at BBB is really good though and so was the complimentary bottle of wine :-) . Would stay here again

When we arrived, the entire condo smelled like cigarette smoke and the counters had not been thoroughly cleaned. After returning home, all the clothes I took smelled like the smokey condo. The condo was nice with comfortable beds and plenty of space and we would have had a pretty good stay, until the security guard for the property almost had our cars towed. The parking passes were not at the unit when we arrived and with an empty parking lot we did not think it was a big deal. I texted the property company that we did not have passes and they never responded. When we contacted them that our cars were going to be towed, rather than having good customer service, they blamed me for not telling them and tried to gaslight me. Fortunately I had receipts. The security guard was nice and let it go but the property manager did nothing for us. I will not stay with Panhandle Getaways in the future.
