Beautiful new home in golf course community . The neighborhood is surrounded by rolling hills and horse farms to give guests a genuine Kentucky feel for the Derby. Spacious home with gorgeous finishes. There is a beautiful pond view off the huge back deck. Enjoy a bourbon while sitting on the deck enjoying a fire. The house is spacious and sleeps up to 14. Each room has a gorgeous view. Large living room on the main floor with 75" flat screen leads into an open concept gourmet kitchen with huge island. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and two baths. The basement features 8' ceilings, huge windows two more bedrooms and another bath. There is foosball and ping pong table with a couch and love seat in front a 55" big screen tv. The house is 30 minutes to Churchill Downs. Close to an outlet mall and tons of restaurants. It is a beautiful home ready to have some winners in for the Derby
