Charming Vacation Spot with Private Pool

This comfortable cozy beach house is located on the South end of Tybee where you can easily walk to the beach, pier and award winning restaurants. This duplex is behind the famous Sting Ray's Restaurant and is walking distance to a local mart.

Enjoy the beautiful private pool with chairs, umbrellas, picnic table and grill. This charming place has a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities, including a microwave, toaster oven, blender and coffee maker. Also included are a washer and dryer, linens, free wireless internet, phone and parking.

This hideaway with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms can sleep 6 comfortably. The main floor has two bedrooms. One room has a queen bed and television. The adjoining room has a trundle bed and can sleep 2. It has 2 lovely places to dine and a wonderful seating area with Comcast cable. The upstairs loft with private bathroom and shower can sleep 2 as well.

House is exactly as pictured and described! Pool was great and shaded much of the day which kept the temperatures down while sitting out there in the hot August heat! On that note, the AC worked wonderfully in the hot weather. No noise from the restaurant next door. Within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and ice cream stores and a block from beach. Great location, had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

This is my third time renting this home. We always come back because we absolutely love the location. Having a shady private back yard oasis to return to after a day in the hot beach sun is awesome. Everything is walking distance, which makes it easy for guests to go off in different directions and do different things.

My only complaint is that we’re still not there LOL!! Everything was exactly how it is described the pool was cleaned everyday everything from silverware to beach towels to coffee was there! Trust me it’s well worth it!!! Perfect place for a relaxing family vacation!!!!!!

The heated pool was lovely, and the location is great. We have stayed here before, and had an even better time with this trip than our previous visit. It is right next to a busy restaurant, but the fence provides privacy

Entrance is up the stairs in the back and there isnt a lock box anymore. The door locks have been updated to just be coded. Great little place and we enjoyed the pool tremendously. The kitchen is a little cramped if you try to cook anything expect the smoke alarm to go off. Its soooo close to the stove, but just a minor inconvenience.
