Welcome to our newly renovated 1 /1 canal-front condo! Located just 5 minutes away from Anna Maria Island, this beautifully updated property offers easy access to the best beaches in the area. With a fully equipped kitchen, stylish living room, and comfortable bedroom, this condo is the perfect home away from home for couples or solo travelers. Plus, it's just a quick walk to Palma Sola Causeway Park's bayfront beach, where you can enjoy leisurely walks, swimming, and sunbathing.

The canal wall renovation has been complete! We are in the process of adding some extra amenities to the back area in front of the canal, including a seating area. As of now, the picnic table is no longer in place, but we will have new amenities added shortly that will be a great upgrade! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!

Great location

This is a very cute little place to stay. It backs up to an inlet and we did see some manatee! This is in a great location to easily get to Bradenton beach or Anna Marie island area within 6 minutes.

Great relaxing vacation

We loved this vacation-loved being able to sit outside and relax and loved the neighborhood and the location. We've been going to Fla. for a month for 6 years and this is our best and favorite place. Mary Ellen was an absolute jewel-so helpful and friendly. Scott called and emailed and was a very nice landlord. Don't have any negative comments about this place. Would love to come back. MT

Bradenton Stay

What a great place! I had my 2 teenage daughters with me. They could walk to the beach without me. Yet I felt like they were close. I plan to stay here again on my next trip!
