The property overall was fantastic. Some construction was going on outside of the owners control on the street and the water was cut off several days for several hours during our visit. The owner was very responsive and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent house for our group. Everything was new with every convenience we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
We had a great stay. Our party of 6 was able to fit comfortably and enjoyed the pool/hot tub. The house was close walking distance to Magazine street and some great shopping/bars/restaurants, and centrally located for car rides to other popular spots. Property owners were very responsive in answering any questions and helped us figure out the pool/hot tub heating (which was a bit tricky). Would stay again!
Plenty of room, clean, well stocked, and close to everything! My husband and I stayed with our 5 children. Never cramped and the kids were constantly entertained with the pool! Would definitely recommend this property.

Hi Kristi, thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you and your family had plenty of space and enjoyed the pool, it’s always great when the kids are entertained!
We truly appreciate your recommendation and would love to welcome you all back anytime you're in town. Until next time!
Do not book this property. The property’s backyard with pool is run down, dirty and the shared gate to the adjacent property was unsecured. The street was completely torn up under construction and there was no street parking. Barricades block both sides of the street access and completely impassable on one side. Back door to property was open when we arrived and this is in a very transitional neighborhood in New Orleans. We did not stay and are waiting for a refund.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused during your stay. We have addressed your concerns with our property management team and they have resolved them. My home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. As with any city, it is important to take precautions, however, I am friends with all of my neighbors and have not had this experience with them. Guest satisfaction and communication is a top priority for me and my team. We strive to provide the best communication possible, and I feel we fell short in this situation. I have spoken to my team and discussed your concerns with them. We are always looking for ways to improve, we appreciate your feedback.
It was a great place for us, we were a group of 10 for a bachelor party. Beautiful home, pool was excellent. It was a bit far, but that was to be expected based on the property we got.
Despite the look if the area, the house was great!!! PLENTY OF ROOM! The patio and pool area was great.Only regret is that there arent any tvs in the guest rooms(except the master)
We absolutely loved our stay it was for my bachelorette trip!! It for everyone perfectly with plenty of extra room. The beds and pillows were so comfy. We also really appreciated the amount of towels and wash cloths in the house. Thank you so much for allowing us into your home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful well built property. Quality everything - showers, beds, kitchen supplies! We requested a blender and it was promptly delivered. All questions answered promptly. Easy breezy check in and out. Beautiful pool. A bluetooth speaker would have been a nice addition. Loved it!
We enjoyed an amazing stay at this property. It’s very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a week ‘s vacation in New Orleans. The location is close to restaurants and shops. Many things are walkable during the day. I would suggest you Uber at night rather than walk but that’s true of most of New Orleans. We all felt very safe at the property. There are plenty of towels for the bathrooms and pool. The hosts responded within seconds. I have three teens who really enjoyed themselves. We would absolutely stay here again!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had 12 girls who were able to sleep comfortably. Any more than that, and we would`ve had to use the trundle beds, which were essentially on the floor—just something to be aware of depending on your group size. The space was amazing for hanging out, with a big comfortable couch and a great outdoor area.
Overall, the space was very clean. It is an easy drive to many locations, but I wouldn`t walk around the neighborhood.
The property management company was very responsive and accommodating. We would stay again!
I visited New Orleans for Mardi Gras. I was worried that the location would be too far from the festivities but the house is in good proximity. This home is exactly like the photos. I was amazed at the accuracy from the listing. Spacious and clean. I love a good heated pool/ jacuzzi and this one did not disappoint even on the colder nights. Beds are comfy. Everything you will need is provided for comfort. I don’t have any negative remarks except maybe bring wash cloths as they were limited. checking in and out was also a smooth process. If hesitant please don’t be, you’re gonna love this one!
