This bright and airy end unit townhouse features 2 primary bedrooms with queen beds and private bathrooms and a third floor loft flex bedroom with full bath that sleeps up to 4. The loft features a large slider and roof deck with a view of the trail.

Quiet townhouse community with shared community pool that is open seasonally. Bike to historic Lewes and the beach in about 25 minutes. Drive to town, the beach and Cape Henlopen State park in less than 10 minutes without ever driving on Coastal Hwy (Route 1). Local favorites, Old World Bakery and Beachtime distillery are right across the street. Villages at Five Points is a 20 minute walk, 5 minute bike ride and 5 minute drive away and has a supermarket and a number of good restaurants.

Uber/lyft are readily available in our neighborhood when you don't want to drive yourself to downtown Lewes. Rehoboth and Dewey beach are easily accessible by car, bus or uber/lyft. Convenient to local destinations such as the Cape May-Lewes Ferry, DelawareTurf Complex, Dover Downs Speedway and Casino, Schelleville Village events, and several public golf clubs.
