202 - The Lofts, by Flagtown, 1 bed,1bath, community hot tub
As 4th generation natives of Flagstaff, we are proud to offer this space. Newer construction with a modern but comfortable feel. We have a full kitchen which includes: stove/oven, refrigerator (with ice maker), microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, dishes, silverware, blender & toaster. We even provide coffee & tea. Washer & dryer in unit. One Bedroom with a king size bed and closet space. One full bathroom. Sofa bed in the living room area for extra guests. We are also excited to offer a beautiful, new community hot tub. *Just a note, we do not allow pets.
We also like to disclose that we are in an urban, downtown area. We do have a mission across the street that offers services to the less fortunate members of our community. That being said, we do have a very secure property with key codes to the entrance that change with every new guest.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was in the perfrct location! We could walk to shops and restaurants as well as make a quick trip to Sedona or Grand Canyon!! Would definitely stay here again!!!
We had a fantastic weekend. The condo was beautiful and comfortable and the location was perfect for walking into town for dinner/lunch/coffee/shopping, and walking onto campus to visit our daughter.
This property was exactly as you see it. It is clean and well appointed. The owners are extremely responsive and check-in is a breeze.
It is in a great spot in relation to downtown Flagstaff. Plenty of restaurants and downtown within easy walking distance.
In reviews, you will see there is a mission across the street. Don't let this be a deterrent to staying here. We were here for nearly a week and never were bothered at any time.
We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
We walked in and it was a 5 star its just as our stay played out there were many little issues. Constant leaky tub dripping, sheets come off bed while you are sleeping, outlet didn't work near bed, homeless all around who were all very nice but as a single mom with her little girl we were a bit on edge, internet connection was horrible (this was out of their hands) and we have a good provider, tv and blinds very difficult. But then, the place was clean and nice, pictures were accurate and I got a response right away from the owner. I don't mean to complain just being honest.
This modern little place was so amazing! I wouldn’t mind building something like it in our own part of the country. The bed was super comfortable. The low income kitchen across the street was not a concern at all. I never saw a homeless person when we walked the area for several hours the one night we stayed. I was happy that my husband was with me as we walked the area. I do wish that the parking spots were larger. Super super tight even for my medium size SUV, but I was very appreciative that parking was included. Just when you think it can’t get any cuter, we found Flagstaff Monopoly located on the coffee table. The people that played it before us dumped the game contents into the box like trash but we fixed that and actually played a game. Little hole in the wall Asian restaurant across the street was incredibly busy and we really enjoyed the broccoli beef. there is an elevator and a staircase to choose from. The pictures are very accurate. We really enjoyed this little loft.
The rental was perfect proximity to Flagstaff’s little town area. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Unit was clean and comfortable. No issues with mission work across the street. It was a cold night, so a lot of foot traffic, but no one bothered our family as we walked to and from the rental, multiple times.
The only negative, which is beyond the host’s control, was the noise from the upstairs and next door units. Upstairs was a lot of shuffling and waking around (bedroom had a sound machine which helped falling asleep, but wasn’t enough to avoid being woken up). Next door was loud music and yelling into the middle of the night (didn’t bother bedroom sleepers, just living room sofa couch users). It’s the infrastructure and build of the complex, nothing the host can manage.
