The house is decorated in mid century modern decor with Leesa mattresses and Brooklinen comforters for an extra cozy night’s rest.

Beach Buggy is a local free ride service in the San Marco area that picks up and drops off at the house.

The thermostat is preset within a comfortable range:

69-75 degrees: cooling
65-70 degrees: heating

There is a queen size air mattress that you can use in the common space and stored in Bedroom 1
