Welcome to the home away from home of your dreams! This peaceful, updated, and well-equipped corner condo is located in one of Pine Ridge's true-ski-in buildings. Through its oversized windows, the large and welcoming living area overlooks the 4 O'Clock Ski Run and Saw Mill Creek. In the summer, sit out on the balcony and listen to the creek gurgling through the wooded wetlands. In the winter, enjoy pleasant evenings in front of the gas log fireplace as you break out family board games or read a favorite book. Prepare delicious homemade meals and treats for everyone in the well-equipped kitchen. The primary suite has a private safe for valuables.
When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!
Things to Know This unit is located on the upper first (1st) floor - 8 stairs total. There are no elevators on property. Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by us and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice. This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1.
Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The ski in location at the end of the day was ideal and worth choosing this location again. In the morning, we easily caught the shuttle from the parking lot to save walking. It worked beautifully. It was an easy walk to downtown, which was also perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Very pleasant stay with family. Excellent location.
This place was perfect, very clean, well stocked, walking distance to downtown. The view was beautiful, and very nice front desk team. We had a great trip, will definitely be back!

Nice stay in Breck
Centrally located just a few mins walk to Main Street which was nice. The patio was incredible- facing a river so you could hear the beautiful sounds of the flowing water. The hot tub was nice as well. Early aummertime was a great time in Breck, not the usual crowd you’d see in the wintertime

I loved everything about our stay! The condo was exactly as described. The sawmill creek was so enjoyable to listen to. A short walk to Main Street, friendly and helpful staff, very clean.

Great w/kids. Ski in kinda ski out
We loved staying here and would recommend. We stayed with our 8 and 10 yr olds. Things that are helpful to know:
* it’s a .25 mile walk to town. The tiger dredge lot/river center is located at the end of the road. We walked to shops.
* you can ski in and it’s marked. Skiing out is different. You are in the lower 4oclock so if you ski out it takes you to the road. You could walk or take bus to a lift from there. There is also the Snowflake lift which is about .2 walk (uphill) from the condo. There’s also a (free) bus stop directly in front of the condo. So kinda a ski out…our kids did not like walking up to the Snowflake lift but it was after a half day of skiing already.
* there’s a coffee maker and filter. No coffee
* there IS detergent for the washer.
* you will want butter/oil/cooking spray for pans. They aren’t awful but not nonstick.
* I’d grab water and Kleenex too.
* it’s super dry (co thing not this condo)
* wifi is great
