Completely renovated and ready for guests! This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom lake house is lined with windows facing the water so you can enjoy views without even stepping outside. From grilling, swimming, fishing, boating to relaxing by the fire on the deck after a long day on the water. There is SO much to do!

It is the perfect place to unwind and/or be crazy adventurous if you want - all in the same day!

Great place to stay!

The house is cute and amazing. Perfect for our 3 kids & 4 adults! Nice deep lake, with gracious hosts who leave you with plenty of activities to keep you busy for your entire trip! The only downside we had on this vacation was when we had to leave. We wished we could stay forever!

When planning a stay in which you are booking a home, there can be uncertainty about a property and aside from the owner’s words and photos, the only criteria you have to rely on are fellow travelers reviews. May this review assist anyone looking for a beautiful property on the water (Sebago area) in Maine; this property on Thomas Pond will absolutely surpass your expectations! Upon booking and extending beyond your stay, you will receive outstanding communication with Stephanie, the owner. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and demonstrated the highest level of customer service! Upon staying, you will discover serenity from the location, total cleanliness within the home, charming decor, organized information about the area and property in a binder, access to quality kayaks and a paddle board, a private dock area perfect for swimming, two fire pit locations, outdoor eating spaces, board games, and a fun foosball table in a room with picturesque views of Thomas Pond, amongst so many other wonderful amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms were top notch, and the living space was well appointed, making seating and visiting comfortable. I highly encourage future guests to stay at this thoroughly maintained property; it is an ideal, blissful spot for making lasting memories! Would absolutely book this gem of a home again with Stephanie without any hesitation!
