Welcome to “ON THE ROCKS,” offering oceanfront, unobstructed, million-dollar views from the kitchen, living room, and bedroom!

Just one flight of stairs takes you to this first-floor end unit, where you’re so close to the ocean you may not get your steps in for the day. Head out on the private patio with your morning coffee to take in the beautiful sunrise, or enjoy the moonrise and star-filled sky at night. Crack open a window in the bedroom to fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean.

The kitchen is designed so you can enjoy ocean views while prepping meals or heating leftovers. The spacious bathroom includes a walk-in shower, large vanity, and full-size washer and dryer. Garage space is provided for your beach toys, bikes, and chairs.

Seascape is located on the North End of Carolina Beach, one block from Freeman Park (drive your 4WD on the beach) and the North End Pier, where you can dine at the restaurant or tiki bar. Beach access is close by, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf anytime. You’ll also be just minutes from Carolina Beach’s finest dining and entertainment.

Lovely spot! Beautiful view

Clean and compact. Just right for what I needed. It would have been nice to have a few hospitality provisions, but the property was in great condition and everything was lovely. The host accomodated my special requests and was very kind and responsive.

Hearing the waves from anywhere in the unit was absolutely wonderful. Unit was super clean and well stocked with amenities. I would recommend this to everyone.

What can I say that I didn’t mention already in my previous review following our stay one year ago? I can say that we enjoyed our stay this time around even more than last year because we had even more appreciation for being able to vacation from the same wonderful location again. Sheila is ultra responsive and helpful. The condo is perfect for a couple just looking for a nice getaway to enjoy the beach. It was very clean- like it was for our previous stay, and we loved the beach cart! We used it everyday to carry our chairs, cooler, and Shibumi shade! We will certainly book it again in the future!

Quick getaway

Our family chose a quick getaway to Carolina Beach to spend the day on the beach with friends and we had a great time and the condo was the best place for us to spend our night and morning before heading back home. Highly recommend!

Beautiful little place for a couple of tired parents for a weekend getaway! Ocean view was beautiful, and was able to open the window to the bedroom at night to hear the ocean . Put us right to sleep. Very nice place and very clean

Anniversary Surprise

I booked this for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. They said this place was paradise. The host even had a bottle of Champagne waiting for them. Such a nice and gracious touch.

Perfect beach holiday

Unit’s furnishings, appliances, decor were all so new you thought you might find price tags! All very stylish and comfortable. The corner deck was ample. Perfect for meals, watching the sunrise, birds, boats, and dog walkers. I look forward to a return visit.

Great Location on the Water

Small, cozy condo right on the water. Arrived after 4:00 p.m. check-in time and had to contact property manager because there was work in progress on the bedroom window — no blinds, missing screens and damaged trim. Kitchen floors were dirty and bathroom had no bath soap. Property management company was able to rectify the window in the bedroom within about 90 minutes, but we didn’t want to be there or leave our stuff while that was happening. Would not return for another stay.

Fall at the Beach

We had a wonderful relaxing time at Carolina Beach! We love staying at the north end. The view from this condo was amazing! We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck watching the surfers. This is a first floor condo over the garage with only 12 steps. It has all been updated and has everything you would need. We hope to come back to this condo again soon.

Carolina Beach Visit

Need to fix blinds on sliding glass door. Slats were missing. Very little water pressure at kitchen sink and no hot water. Condo was clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc.

Would Stay again

Overall this Condo was perfect for our ten year wedding anniversary, the view is amazing 10 out of 10! it is located away from all the "touristy" noise. We had everything we needed to cook meals however we couldn't find a blender for our Pina's lol, there was plenty of dishes and the Keurig was convenient since we are big coffee drinkers! Everything is in walking distance (30 min walk/5 min drive). The owner allowed access to garage so if you plan to bring large gear such as surf boards you have a place to store things, they supply beach chairs, beach mats, and backup TP/Paper towels (not the cheap stuff either). There was an ample amount of towels and wash clothes, sheets, and the washer/dryer worked great. There was plenty of closet and drawer space. The only two things I would say is the chairs on balcony were a bit uncomfortable and tall, I had to use a step stool I am 5′2″. The bed could use a memory foam topper however, with that said... we slept just fine. We would stay again if we were in the area, and recommend for anyone that wants: -10/10 view -likes to be away from all the touristy noise but wants to be in walking distant to main areas for shopping and restaurants -has all the modern convenience of home (cooking/laundry) Thanks for everything Brady & Jen from Cincy, Ohio

We loved this condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated and close proximity to the beach access. When we arrived around 4:30 the WiFi connection was not working. We reached out to our contact and she immediately contacted the owner who was quick to come over and change out the router and made sure everything was working. We would definitely come back in the future and recommend it to our friends.

My Husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property!! The View is absolutely beautiful!! The Condo was clean upon our arrival and easy check in!! There is a little walk to beach access but it wasn’t bad!! I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again!!

Solid stay

Condo was clean, well organized, and the ocen view was spectacular. Host was very responsive and accomodating. The only knock for us is that we thought we would have walk out to beach access from the property and you have to go down the street a bit to access the beach, but it wasnt too bad.
