Welcome to “ON THE ROCKS,” offering oceanfront, unobstructed, million-dollar views from the kitchen, living room, and bedroom!

Just one flight of stairs takes you to this first-floor end unit, where you’re so close to the ocean you may not get your steps in for the day. Head out on the private patio with your morning coffee to take in the beautiful sunrise, or enjoy the moonrise and star-filled sky at night. Crack open a window in the bedroom to fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean.

The kitchen is designed so you can enjoy ocean views while prepping meals or heating leftovers. The spacious bathroom includes a walk-in shower, large vanity, and full-size washer and dryer. Garage space is provided for your beach toys, bikes, and chairs.

Seascape is located on the North End of Carolina Beach, one block from Freeman Park (drive your 4WD on the beach) and the North End Pier, where you can dine at the restaurant or tiki bar. Beach access is close by, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf anytime. You’ll also be just minutes from Carolina Beach’s finest dining and entertainment.

The condo complex features a community grill/picnic area and a gated swimming pool.

It's not street level. It said first floor but was 12 stairs to climb. DW not working properly. Garage door lock frozen. Could not unlock it. Great view.

Great view, and very nice condo. Perfect for a couple just looking to get away and relax....and close enough to everything Carolina Beach has to offer. Sheila's communication was excellent, and check in was a breeze. Thank you Sheila for making the check in and check out process so easy, and for the easy resolution of the issue that came up after checkout. Highly recommended!

We loved this little place and had everything we needed. The view was even better than we had imagined and the weather was perfect! We can’t speak to the pool because it didn’t appear to be within eyeshot of the unit, but we didn’t need it anyway, as the beach was right there! We did wish to spend more time on the porch, but the neighbors were smoking cigarettes, and we couldn’t breathe, so that was gross and kind of a bummer, though obviously no fault of the owner. We thought the unit was precious, loved the view, location and we’d love to stay there again, if we knew we could breathe in fresh air, on the porch. Maybe an oscillating fan on the porch could help?

The beach view wàs exactly as advertised. Beautiful sunrise morning over the carolina costal coast. Quaint beach community full of local eateries to fulfill your culinary needs. I would definitely book this condo again for my next beach weekend.

My Husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property!! The View is absolutely beautiful!! The Condo was clean upon our arrival and easy check in!! There is a little walk to beach access but it wasn’t bad!! I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again!!
