When you aren't sitting out on the home's lovely deck, check out the nearby Jester King Brewery, Treat Oak Distillery, and tons of other winery destinations. The Hamilton Pool is only nine miles away and features picturesque scenery, beautiful water to swim in that is fringed by a small waterfall, and is great for hiking. Johnson City's numerous attractions are 32 miles away if you and your group want to make a day trip.

Adorned with a cheerful color palette and homey fixtures, the interior of this home is truly a gem. Relaxation will come naturally in the light-filled living room where soft seating and a large TV await your enjoyment. The well-equipped kitchen presents a pleasant space to cook with its gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances. When you're ready to eat, dine at the charming wooden dining table. Your vacation home also functions on caught rainwater that has been filtered and UV-sterilized, making it as fresh and good for you as possible.

Each of the bedrooms is bright, airy, and comfortable with soft linens, delicate patterns, and central air-conditioning. After a day spent in the sun, you will relish soaking in the claw-foot tub.

As the evening falls, head out onto the deck and fire up the provided gas grill, ending another day on vacation right - with your loved ones by your side.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
