This house has it all for a perfect vacation: lake view that’s just glorious, simply gorgeous home you won’t want to leave, I promise! The AC works very well, the kitchen is well equipped & new, the sun room & game room make for plenty of space to spread out in.

Great house on Long Lake

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house we rented. It was perfect for our family and friends. The house was comfortable and the area was great. We loved renting a boat for multiple days and living the lake life. Only issue is that the sheets we rented weren’t that nice. Suggest bringing your own.

This is an EXCELLENT property! I think the reviews are showing some old data as this property has been renovated the conditions in the comments are not accurate at all. The views were fantastic and the accommodations are great for a large group of folks. I would give this property 5 stars except for having to bring or rent linens/towels and bring our own toilet paper/shampoo/hairdryer/soap. Very inconvenient, especially to people flying in from out of state. I would definitely go back to this property, especially if the basics of a stay are provided as most other properties do now.

My only wish is that things like linens and amenities like hair dryers should be included in this luxury rental. I should not have to make my bed with my sheets, nor bring my own towels - just provide for the pricing, as the price reflects a luxury stay which would indicate a luxury experience. Thank you, the place was fun and beautiful. love the bonus room!

Great Location with Good Bones

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of property is perfect. The property has large amount of lake frontage on flat piece of property (no slope). We had ample space to moor our 20 foot rented boat on the dock which was great. However, there is no gradual entry to lake which may make access to lake for swimming difficult for the very young or old. On positive side house has beautiful unobstructed views of the lake and is in a quieter part of Long Lake, which during height of season can be very busy. The house itself has good bones with ample space and a great layout, but it needs work. Ventilation in house is poor and fans inadequate to keep indoors cool. The furniture and appliances are adequate, but dated. The landscaping was disappointing, the grass was overgrown and shrubbery unkempt. There were several broken items in home such as the back screen door (which was a big negative) and lighting that disappointingly were not fixed prior to our arrival. I doubt we would rent this place again unless items mentioned are addressed. The rental company was was responsive and did all they could to help.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we enjoyed the lake and waterfront, the house and grounds were a disappointment. The grass needed to be mowed, the bushes were overgrown and needed to be trimmed (and/or to have previously trimmed dead branches removed), and the home itself was much more tired than the pictures implied.
