Welcome to our beautiful 5-unit building that can comfortably accommodate up to 24 guests. Whether you're planning a family reunion, a group getaway, or just a fun weekend with friends, our property is the perfect choice for your stay. Here's a breakdown of what each unit has to offer:

KITCHENS:
Each kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances, cookware, and utensils, so you can whip up your favorite meals at any time. Enjoy your morning coffee no matter which unit you stay in with the in-unit Keurig machines, a starter amount of K-cups, as well as cream and sugar.

BATHROOMS:
All are sparkling clean and stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and essentials. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, with fresh linens and pillows for a good night's sleep. And, of course, we have multiple sets of laundry machines available to make your stay even more convenient.

OUTDOOR FUN:
In addition to all the great amenities in each unit, we also have 3 fire pits for roasting marshmallows and enjoying the great outdoors. 2 of the units have their own standard size fire pits and then we had a large, custom built fire pit installed in the courtyard at the back of the building for enjoying! In the courtyard, enjoy evenings in the fresh Colorado air as you grill up some faves for your group and play a few games of Corn Hole! Let the competition begin!

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have access to the entire building, to include all 5 units, the 4 sets of laundry machines, 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 5 kitchens, incredible courtyard with a large, custom built fire pit, 2 other standard size fire pits, BBQ grill, and the Corn Hole games plus outdoor seating!

The Neighborhood:
Walk right across Pikes Peak Ave to Memorial Park, Sertich Ice Center, the Velodrome 7-11 Olympic Center, Prospect Lake, and the Fire Fighter Memorial. You can also walk to the Olympic Training Center and even Downtown Colorado Springs.

Getting Around:
Conveniently walk a couple blocks and you'll find yourself some places to eat, drink, and hangout. There's a local favorite just a couple blocks away for some great coffee called Dutch Bros or another block away and you'll find a Starbucks as well.

Located only a few minutes drive away and you'll be Downtown, where you will find amazing places to eat such as Odyssey Gastropub, which is incredible and has a little bit of everything, T-Byrd's and Dos Santos have amazing Mexican food, Bingo Burger and The Skirted Heifer for great burgers or you can relax with a beer at Phantom Canyon or Mash Mechanix (our favorite breweries).

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

This property consists of 5 separate units so even while traveling with family or friends, you can still enjoy the comfort of having your own spaces!
