Updated 7-20-25 We can guarantee a clean, comfortable room - unfortunately - we can’t guarantee amenities at the resort. In Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole.
• Outdoor Pools are closed
• Indoor Pools and hot tubs are closed
• Tiki Bar & Restaurant are closed.
• Parking garage is closed – parking in front of building, in the lot just south of the resort or across the street off Plaza Ave. Parking is 1st come 1st served. During Special Events - We cannot guarantee a parking spot.
• Beach access from the north access road.
Daytona Beach Resort -
You will LOVE our oceanfront 1 bedroom !! LARGE 1 bedroom is 750 sq ft. and could accommodate an air mattress if needed.
LARGE balcony, (approx 13 x 6) – perfect for enjoying the sunrise or watching the waves roll in on a breezy day. Perfect Ocean view from living room.
This condo has an open floorplan, with living Room & kitchen separated by a counter/island for a more casual family atmosphere. Living room furnished with sofa sleeper – lounge chair – TV with cable and table with 2 chairs.
Kitchen is fully equipped – all utensils – pots, pans and cooking equipment. Kitchen appliances include Full sized refrigerator – microwave, stove top burner (4) and convection oven.
Separate bedroom with 2 queen beds a second TV and dvd/vcr for children or other guests (so you're not all in one big room). This condo is located at the south end of the building in the 5 story section of Daytona Beach Resort.
