Melissa Your husband left this review which is untrue. Only thing that was true. Was I gave you all an 3 hour early check in. Based on what you told me about him Not traveling well and feeling well. And look how I was treated. This villa has been Renovated. Thousands spent with one of our local furniture stores. All furnishing just over a year old. All the comforters. Decorative pillows all new. I personally picked them out. Also the couches and quilts etc have all been professionally cleaned. So even if there was a dog in there. No smell. No pet hair. I work for local shelters here. And I know what pet hair is It’s unfortunate that while you were in house. You didn’t check with me with anything you needed ? I sent you a message and you the response was. “ everything was good Again. Your husband’s response. And he was not even on the booking Reservation is totally untrue All my Photos are correct, all photos shown verify what and how the unit is decorated. The comforters sets alone were over $800 Very upsetting with your discounts, early check in this is the review I received Maybe your husband isn’t feeling well? But he certainly went out of his way to hurt me I might add I was employed with Tjmaxx here / homegoods for over 16 years. Very well known here on our island. I am constantly adding and giving properties that I manage like this one Special touches. 32 years in the business here I go the extra mile with good customer service. Like I offered to your family. Hi David The two issues you reported . First you couldn’t figure out the new keyless entry system. I called you , with no answer , I than sent you a text and email , again no answer . This is a brand new $800 lock I might add . Know we has reported any trouble using it. You again didn’t know how Than you said and I quote “commode was broke” this is a brand new commode so I asked for more information. Again I never heard back from you I could tell you weren’t used to traveling. I did respond to both issues again with a text, phone call and email. After you departed We found , four of us , including my owner the commode was fine and lock works perfectly the way it is intended There was no more attention to detail needed on my end. It was you ! I tried my best for you . Not hearing back from you with any acknowledgement , I left you alone hoping you had figured these simple things out. I want my guests to have a great stay and good time on our island Truly sorry if yours wasn’t perfect , but again I went out of my way with quick responses to your needs Would love to have you again Teresa

Nathan I checked in with you when villa was ready. I then checked back with you next morning. You sent me back a message that the screws were loose in the hallway frame door. I said if it wasn’t an emergency then my handyman would fix after you depart. You answered to me that all was fine . If it was emergency I would have and Been more than happy to take care of. I responded to you immediatelyAfter checking with you twice. This is a new villa . You didn’t report anything about cleaning. Myself and my cleaning crew. Take the time and do our best. If you needed anything I would of done what ever you needed to solve it I did find out that someone pushed the refrigerator back further against the wall. This caused the icemaker line to freeze . this is beyond our control my cleaners nor myself saw any evidence if water when we were there on Tuesday. This was important and something like this should have been reported by you. You’re lucky we have already addressed it and appliance guy has already fixed it. With our maintenance warranty Perhaps you moved the fridge and caused this ? I Have no way of knowing As far as the one car pass. I told you right up front second car they charge. First one was included This is true of most properties in Hilton head now. I’m truly sorry you weren’t upfront with me as I was with you I am a premier host been in the business here for over 32 years. I love our guests and take great pride in the properties I manage. Over 50 million I might add. I didnt get this by being dishonest and not caring about our guests I’m reading your text right now and you said. You “all were fine “ and the door was okay and could wait till you all left. I did what you told me to do I know they were working on the spa for a couple hours when you were here .I sent you a screenshot from my phone to make you aware. Again Beyond my control This shouldn’t have affected you. This property is very well maintained. The playground gets sandy sometimes since its right up on beach access Also they were power washing building 6. You were staying in building 4. They worked 9-5. You also had a perfect weather week The villa you stayed is right on the beach front area as well as the left side. You were far away from building 6 and the pool is across the parking lot You were not inconvenienced by building 6 as you didn’t need to be there on that other end. Also you used the elevator and there is a large map and other information from the resort employees as to event
