Upgraded and spacious 1 bedroom condo in a quiet and peaceful area of Encinitas. You can't beat this location - a quick drive to many north county beaches, and tons of restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, shopping, trails and parks - all right in your backyard. The unit has an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher and cozy patio.

The beachfront town of Encinitas is located about 25 miles north of San Diego between Carlsbad and Solana Beach. Encinitas is home to a myriad of beaches famous for surfing and beach hangs - Moonlight State Beach, San Elijo State beach & Campsites, Swami's, Seaside, and Grandview to name a few. Within walking distance of the condo, you have a weekly farmer's market and San Elijo Lagoon, a large nature preserve with a visitor center, the lagoon, and seven miles of hiking and biking trails.

The property has a Pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts and gym. 1 designated parking spot, with amble guest parking and electric vehicle charging. Perfect for a business traveler, or couple looking for a longer term stay or getaway. We have a 60 day minimum stay, but will review inquiries for shorter stays and help accommodate unique needs. Pets allowed with a deposit!
