Perfect Getaway

The house had so much charm! It was perfect for a quiet getaway. Why go to the beach when you have your own little private beach to yourself. The location was great for dining and recreational fun. The owners made check in very easy and the neighbors were super friendly.

Perfect nook.

Nature and relaxation in Seaside Heights

Our family had such a great stay! Being able to kayak, experience stunning sunsets, enjoy the bay and our own private beach was incredible. We loved taking walks back and forth to the boardwalk when we needed some action. The beach badges were great for our beach days. The rental is clean, equipped, and perfect for 3-4 people.

Adorable spot on the bay!

Our family absolutely loved our stay in Seaside Heights! Joan and Ian are fabulous hosts. Very kind, generous and responsive. The house is definitely cozy, but with the water view, outdoor space underneath, and the cute little beach, it was perfect for us! We would absolutely come back :)

Beautiful, Quiet Getaway

We loved this little bungalow! We had our own private beach and it was beautiful to just sit in the sand and enjoy watching the local crabbing and jet skiing. Seaside boardwalk was just a quick car ride or short walk away. The restaurant next door (Sunset Seafood) was perfect. We received a wonderful welcome gift from our hosts and check in and check out was a breeze. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Family Vacation

The accommodations and location were top notch. It’s the quintessential Jersey Shore bungalow, far away enough from the center of town that it’s quiet, but close enough where you’re in reasonable walking distance to the action. Our family of 4 with two kids under 5 had a tremendous experience. We never needed to schlep to the beach since we just hung out on the property’s bay shore! The owners were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure a great stay. They even kicked in a gift card to the seafood restaurant next door as a welcome gift. We will absolutely be planning a stay here on an annual basis.

Best Vacation Ever!!!!

I don’t think I can say enough! Being on the water was everything!!!! I have 2 young boys and to have our very own beach was awesome! The house was super clean. The owners made great use of the space. We loved having coffee on the deck in the morning and sipping cocktails at night all while watching the wildlife in the water. We are counting the minutes until next year so we can stay again. Thank you Ian and Joan for a truly amazing vacation!

A perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful little bay-front home! Joan and Ian were incredibly kind, accommodating, and responsive with any needs we had. The home is beautifully decorated to take advantage of the available space. The sandy beach outside was *paradise* for our girls to dig, run, and see the wildlife. The pictures for this listing don’t do the outside area justice - it’s spectacular! The ocean and boardwalk are just a short 5 minute drive away and we never had any issues finding parking. 10/10 recommend booking this spot!

Beautiful private beach getaway

Joan and Ian were incredible hosts. The entire process went as smooth as one could imagine. Upon arrival they even left a very much appreciated welcome package. The house is meticulously well kept and has exactly what the photos have to offer. The private beach is amazing and such a rarity for the area. We didn’t even have to venture to the seaside beach, but they include free badges if you choose to! The boardwalk is a quick walk from the property and we went every night. The nearby restaurant was delicious and even includes beautiful out door dining. This property has it all, do not hesitate to book.. we will be again. Cheers!

BEST VACAY EVER!!!

Oh where to begin?! The hosts were INCREDIBLE. They made sure we had everything we needed no matter what and made us feel so welcome. They really went above and beyond for anything we needed and even left us a welcome gift. We had all the comforts of home and then some. The house is the cutest bungalow and was super comfortable for my husband our kids and myself. The house was super clean and had everything you could need (just make sure to bring towels). With your very own private beach and covered outdoor patio area we never wanted to even leave! However when we did venture off the property we realized how great the location of the house was. It was minutes from the boardwalk, great restaurants (just make reservations), and a supermarket. There’s also a restaurant right next door that was great and boat rentals next door to that in case you would like to spend a day on the water. We really couldn’t have asked for more and can’t wait to go back!!!!
