Please remove all food from the refrigerator and place them in the trash bags.
Please turn off all lights, lock the door and return all keys to the lockbox. Lastly, please send a message once completed.

We had a great stay. The host was readily available to answers questions. He also sent us a list of nearby places to set. The house is a beautiful old home, but had everything we needed. Keurig coffe make with some pods and a small coffee pot.

Great for family get together

My cousins and I all gathered here and had a great stay! The host was very responsive. It is a classic Grosse Pointe house with lots of character. Location was great only, easy driving distance to the Village and Hill

Great location. The house is beautiful and decorated very tastefully. The house is a multi unit rental and we stayed in the second floor. The hosts are very responsive and provided useful information about local restaurants and the area.

The home is in a great location. It is very welcoming and in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfectly situated-close to our family home, great restaurants and easy travel to Detroit. We appreciated that there were two ensuite bedrooms. The kitchen was well maintained and we had all the necessary cooking utensils to prepare family meals.

Nice Home in Great Neighborhood

If you like older homes with great character this is the rental for you. Home is very spacious with plenty of room to stretch out. During my stay it was single digit temperatures outside and the home was always comfortably heated. We had a problem with water temps and tub draining slow in mst Bath. There was not a corkscrew and wine glasses at the home. These were minor problems and the issues were communicated to the host. He said he was unaware of this and would be sure that this was taken care of for future rentals. Overall, Host was very responsive and accommodating. I needed an early check in and Host was able to work with me to make this happen. Beds also slept comfortably. Would consider renting again on future stays.
