Welcome to a Buffalo Dream in the heart of the historic Black Rock neighborhood.

After staying in Airbnb's worldwide I'm grateful to welcome you into the bright, beautiful apartment on the first level of my home.

Original hardwoods, tall ceilings, spacious and cozy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare food. Shared front porch.

High speed internet, smart tv to access Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. Thoughtful touches throughout. Cannabis friendly- just not inside!

*The Space*
Buffalo Dream is a newly renovated, 125 year old house with tall ceilings and rich, beautiful hardwood floors. You have the entire apartment to yourselves.

The apartment is spacious, cozy, and decorated to inspired your senses - lots of color and texture.

-Bedroom 1 has a King sized bed
-Bedroom 2 has a Full sized bed
-There is a single sized floor mattress available as needed and a couch that would sleep a smaller bodied person

Great kitchen for cooking with toaster oven/air fryer, stove, oven, microwave.

This is a city/urban neighborhood central to great restaurants, multiple neighborhoods to explore, 5 min from the 198 and 190 highways, 3 minutes from Wegmans super market, 5-10 minutes from The Japanese gardens, Delaware Park, multiple waterfront parks, Tappo Day Club with an outdoor pool, restaurant and bar, museums and so much more!!

20 minutes from Niagara Falls
10 minutes to downtown

There is also a front porch you can enjoy!

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
O Wash all dirty dishes and leave in drying rack or fill and start dishwasher – soap is under the kitchen sink o Leave Beds unmade o Leave wet towels hanging in the bathroom
O Take out your garbage (discard any takeout food) and recycling – garbage bins are outside behind the driveway. Blue is for garbage and Green is for recycling
O Thank you for leaving my home clean and tidy like you found it :)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please don't wear your shoes in the house. Bring 'house shoes ' or slippers if you prefer to have shoes on while in the house :)
Quiet time between 10pm - 8am Please be respectful of the neighbors!
No smoking of any kind in the house. You're welcome to smoke cannabis on the front porch or in the backyard. No cigarette smoking on property.

Good location for visiting the key tourist attractions. Very comfortable stay. Parking is challenging due to the poor parking standards of several of the neighbours however don’t let that put you off. Well worth staying here

Laura's house is beautiful! It was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities. Check in and out was super simple and she was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. It was so hot and humid the weekend we came to Buffalo, it was great to be able to sleep in the cool air conditioning! Parking was easy enough on the street. Would absolutely recommend!

Buffalo Dreaming

The Buffalo Dream was a great, convenient and stylish property. Laura was an outstanding host. Bills lost, tho... Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay near all major attractions that downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls have to offer.

Winter Wonderland!

My best friend and I had a great stay in Buffalo! We went for the Buffalo and 49ers game and it was a great time!! Laura was very communicative and gave easy to follow directions for our entire stay. Her place was cozy and centrally located to all big destinations in Buffalo.would recommend and stay again! Her place was very well kept and clean, just as pictured !

Buffalo Dreaming

My best friend and I had the most incredible weekend staying in the Black Rock neighborhood of Buffalo thanks to our host, Laura, and her delightful accommodations. Laura went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Great coffee and tea, snacks, and toiletries… and the stylish apartment with its charming front porch made for a relaxing and enjoyable home away from home. She made sure we had the best possible experience, and we did! Also important, we had sound sleeps as it’s a quiet area and the beds were super comfy with amazing sheets!I’m from Canada, and my friend is from Colorado and we met in Buffalo to see the Bills beat the Ravens (what a game!). This neighbourhood has a welcoming small-town vibe and everyone we met was super friendly. One of our favorite discoveries was the corner bar, Casey’s, which happens to be a KC Chiefs bar! Super nice folks there, too. Overall, our stay at ‘A Buffalo Dream’ turned out to be an authentic, memorable vacation, made even better by the wonderful community and our lovely host. I look forward to staying there again, and highly recommend you do the same.
