Welcome to Evian 198, a beautiful Villa located in the gated Shipyard community of Hilton Head Island! Spend your next vacation at this 2 -level condo overlooking the 7th fairway of the Brigantine golf course.

Living Spaces:
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a table for 4. The dining room has a spacious table that seats 6. The living room has 2 sofas (1 reclines), a love seat, a chair, and a 50" TV. Four TVs in the villa have the ability to stream cable channels, including the Spectrum Sports Tier..

Accommodations:
The first floor has one queen bedroom with en suite bathroom that doubles as a half bath during the day. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a tray ceiling, king bed, and beautiful golf course view. The spacious attached primary bath has a double-sink vanity, a skylight above the marble shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second upstairs bedroom has a king bed, two twin beds, and a private bath with shower/tub combo. The bedrooms feature new Beauty rest hybrid mattresses.

Outdoor:
Spacious covered patio perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon libation. Hoses are conveniently located in front and back for easy cleanup of sandy feet and beach gear. This villa is well suited for 3 couples, multi-generational families, Fall/Spring golf groups, or folks who prefer the accessibility of a first floor suite option.

Golf weekend

Fun Week!

We had a fun family beach week and the accommodations were just as advertised. Excellent location, clean, and the owners were so responsive and helpful. We enjoyed cooking out and eating in as well as being close to our favorite places to eat out. We would stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality!

The property was large and had nice updated bathrooms and kitchen area. It was clean and had luggage racks which was nice to have. TV's in every room was a plus! Great updated house, great location

We had a great stay at this house! Check in easy! Loved the Xplore options to add activities/bikes. We had two bikes for our stay through Xplore. The villa was comfortable and well appointed, nice beds, room for everyone. About a 15 walk to Shipyard beach, we rented beach chairs/umbrella for the stay (definitely do that!) 5 minute bike ride to beach but also parking for shipyard guests (make sure you have the red stamp).We will come back again….thanks!

Wonderful villa in Shipyard

Our family had a great long weekend stay in this lovely villa. We had everything we needed from coffee filters to beach towels. I loved the special touches of the motioned activated night lights!! Being in a strange location and moving around at night, this was such an unexpected added feature! Loved them so much I went out and bought some for my home! Great parking right out front! Plenty of seating for our whole family in the living room to watch a show on Netflix! Overall great place that we would surely rent again!

Great spot, but trip cut short

We booked 4 nights but only stayed for one. There was an issue with the hot water heater, so we had to move to another property. But this unit was excellently appointed, recently updated, and well stocked. Property management was very communicative and rallied quickly to get us to a new location. We wished we could have stayed in this one.
